Today I tried to do a 1000 gem withdraw into crypto. They told me the finance team will take care of me. then shortly after that I got logged out of my account. and now when i try to login it asks for a 2fa. I never set one up! I was just looking at my profile before this and it said none. I changed my password on google (login) just incase. The withdraw should already be in my wallet. So even if i got hacked it shoulda went threw cause you cant cancel it. So basically I just got scammed from this site.

EDIT: Got a reply email saying they will refund m original purchase but guess I get none of my profit. All i did was play some slots and wheel game. how did I do anything wrong. stay away from here

So lwamt to start by saying when it comes to aging at online sweepstake slots, I'm no newbie to the game. You get free Gems on sign up, referral rewards, daily chest with free gems, bonus chests on purchases, and they always have some kind of discount going on where you can snag a nice bonus on top of your regular reload. Since withdrawals are done via your ETH wallet, your cashout will hit within the hour. I honestly can't say enough GOOD things about Vegas Gems. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly suggest you do it ASAP, and then come back and thank me later! I promise you won't regret at least trying them out, I mean what have you got to lose?

Man it’s nice to talk to a helpful agent today. I will say a lot of the agents representing other casinos need to have a class. It is extremely disappointing to be talked to, and treated like scum to people. When if it wasn’t for the customer the site wouldn’t be around to make money off of us. But yet you get lied to, ignored, or when they know that they are in the wrong quickly give an excuse and end the chat. Which I end up saving at the end of each chat. That I am going to reach out to a company like this and present everything and just see what they say. But I greatly appreciate Vegas Gems for not being that company. And actually does their job respectfully.

Still the worst online casino. They gave a free 1-5 gem box and of course it was just 1. And of course I don’t get any wins still. This casino has proven time and time again to be one of the worst and all of the 5 star reviews on Trustpilot are paid reviews or employees that work for Vegas gems. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone and would do quite the opposite. Stay far away unless you want to burn your money away!
