Vegas Gems has stolen money from me multiple times now! Most recently they kicked me out of the game i was playing, chnged my password, and declined my cashout! I know seems crazy but it absolutely happened! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE GAMIMG AUTHORITIES ALSO! SCUMBAGS!

I won $50 on a $1 bonus. Vegasgems.Games policy is not to pay out on bonus dollars. What a waste of my time. Not to mention the money I added to be eligible for the lame $1 bonus. I will NEVER patron them again.

I have submitted my documentation multiple times and each time declined. I have also contacted customer support twice and also emailed requesting my account be closed 3 or 4 times or more. There are only so many photos one can take. After so many times it becomes problematic and one will lose interest in using the platform at all. I play on a few accounts and have never had such an issue.

VegasGems.games seems to be under new management, and my recent experience was terrible, far from the positive reviews I've seen. First, I had to submit my photo 50 times. It felt like they were trolling me, insisting that my entire arm be visible while holding my ID by my face. Seriously, who cares if part of my arm isn't in the picture? It's my ID and my face together—what more do they need? This process dragged on for hours.

Finally, when I was able to play and started winning, the game glitched, and I couldn't log back in. I tried to withdraw the roughly $50 I had accumulated, but my request was declined. Then, when I tried to access the site again, I couldn't even log in. It feels like they just wanted to keep my deposit instead of paying out. Beware—you can only play here if you're giving them money, not the other way around.

Don't get what all these positive reviews are about... The app barely gives you 10 cents of gems a day, woah! The site itself is quite dull. As far as time for value, I'd rate this 1/5 stars.
