Hello, I played before I started looking for reviews about this casino, and I thought I'd lost my money. I had won £250 and waited over a week for a withdrawal, for nothing. I thought I'd lost the money, but I read in the comments here that I should use IBAN for withdrawals, so I tried that, and after 4 days the money finally arrived in my account. However, I won't be playing at this casino ever again, too much stress. Regards.

RIP off. All started promising, made a win but when I tried to withdraw I’ve been told it takes up to 5 days, even with a VIP 2 weeks and still pending( I don’t think they want to pay) , for sure they have no problems with the deposits Stay away from this casino, plenty of other choises, it’s like throwing your money down the drain

Update about withdrawal, after 4-5 days i get my money , unfortunately took too long that’s why are so many 1 stars reviews, if they can sort this one customer will not complaining anymore , IBAN WITHDRAWAL, and i have still in pending an USDC withdrawal ,very curious if i get that to , update about my usdc , i received in my wallet today, all good!

Just played for the first time last night...won however still waiting for money despite it says it pays out straight away....it will take my money but won't pay ....very little communication....I really hope they pay out as promised

Cashed out £500 ... well i havent got it yet , its been over 24 hours and tge status of my withdrawal has not even been looked at. You can also only withdraw £500 every 24 hours , i acctually won £1700 but as i coukd only withdraw £500 i ended up spending the rest. Thats how they get you. It seems they have now blocked me from using the live chat and feom ready the reviews over the last few days i now think i will not be reciving my money. Very unhappy and live chat is the same automated AI responses. Wish i never used.

Happy to take people's money. Sister won 7k. Never paid out. After constant emails, still nothing. No replys either. Winning money then mysteriously disappeared from account. Please avoid. Surely this is all illegal?

If I could give no stars I would ! Avoid this casino you win they don't pay out I won and have been fighting over a week to be paid out. All you get is one excuse after another biggest scam site going happy to take your money but won't pay out !

Speaking to an agent is like speaking to a robot. Same repetitive response. Withdrawal process is horrendous. Refrain from site. Report it

This is robbery...when you want pay deposit thry will get money very quickly but when you want withdraw you have to wait long times..it is one week now and not recive the money.never trust them.
