Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Put in $30 won over $4500 for them to turn around take it all away and say oh well you violated terms and conditions on a welcome bonus that they never once had up when I joined. Not to mention when I won the money there was no welcome bonus active

Everything is made easy

Everything is made easy. From withdrawals to deposits. Very black and white. The terms and conditions are easily understood.
Great help if you get stuck in the verification process. They have definitely streamlined it.
The little extra bonuses you get aswell is great.

Games have been fair, The main issue is when you go to cash out, Not with Vegasnow though. Had a large bonus win, played the wager and got paid 500 in 2 days. Happy dayz

This company will not pay out on…

This company will not pay out on winnings and if you do win they say it was won on a bonus round and take all your winnings i doubt im the only one would never recommend puting money on here i know some pay out this one does not im not a huge pokies person and went out on a limb to have a go i have so much regret and its not because I lost i acutely won alot. It was a struggle but after alot of back and forth messaging I was able to secure 1400 of the 4500 I won so just be careful and alllways look at the T&c if your on a bonus round
