Watch this sight they void you at any cost as i was apart of a referal tournament and did everything as stated didnt do anything fraudulent but get referals , it didnt say anythung against us being able to sign up our family under my support code for the tournament , so I manage to get 4 different people in one house to sign up which is why I was voided because it was classed as multiple accounts , and id understand if I made 4 different accounts would be fraudulent but then the referal only counts when they make a deposit ? Which means ypu cant use the same account twice ? So in saying that i put 4 diffrent family members in the same house under my referal and they voided me if rhey checked all 4 accoutns have diffrent bank accounts so it deffs wasnt fraudulent but they voided me for having multiple accounts sign up using the same addresses but if you check they all are over 18 have thier own accounts and made a valid deposit so idk why it was considerd a void as I did everything legit on my end ? While trying to sort i had live support close the chat on me while trying to explain myself

Upon review, the accounts in question were also found to be non-compliant with our standard registration requirements. Joined the site from an affiliate link, never got the bonus even though a known issue.
Another technical issue made $500 balance go to $0.
Support not helpful, chat bot & generic responses.
Followed by difficult process to shutdown account.
Take your business elsewhere.

I started using Vegastars and…

I started using Vegastars and depositing money when I wasn't fully verified which was not the best idea, and I won $40k on it. After I had won the $40k , my account said it was fully verified and the money went from "processing" to "paid". Not long after I checked again, and it said that the withdrawal was declined, and there was a problem with my *proof of payment* document and I needed to re-upload another document. I uploaded a bank statement that they had told me to, I followed every step properly, and then they sent me two warning emails saying that it was the wrong bank statement and it didn't follow the terms and conditions, and that if I did it again the money would be confiscated.

They did not give me a chance to upload a new document because as soon as they sent the warning email, my money was gone from my account. I deposited $1800 of my own money into Vegastars without an issue , but as soon as I won $40k they didn't want to pay it. Id recommend not using.
