Unable to withdraw money

After having a win and trying to withdraw money i have been in able to do so. After 4 days they are not verifying my account even thought they state verification can take up to only 24hrs. 4 days later still not getting much response to get this sorted to be able to withdraw money

Update- 5 days later I finally got verified. Now it has been close to 48 hrs and still no sign of the withdrawal transactions being approved and made. Which is a 5X the potential 9hr wait that there site suggests

Withdraw Delays

Requested a withdraw almost a week ago then had to go through multiple verification processes which is normal and I understand, But then when I finally verified all my documents my withdraw was still not processed. I contacted support and they were the most useless support agent I have ever received in my life lol. I'm so happy I record all interactions I have on gambling sites. They told me to submit my card (front and back) which I already had done and had been verified. But this time they were telling me I needed to submit a card that was a complete different card to what I had used to deposit. What the hell is going on? All of my documents are verified. My withdraw is processing. Now I get a live agent who is just making up shit? Just process my withdraw everything is verified!

Casino simply wont let me withdrawl.

I've been asked to produce records of my assets, payslips abd other financial details all because I want to withdrawl $2000. They are making it impossible to withdrawl. Dodgy beware. Highly suspect pyramid scheme.

If you deposit & accept the welcome bonus, your deposit will show up as bonus currency, which cant be withdrawn unless you wager a ridiculous sum of thousands or unless you cancel the bonus, which sets your wallet to $0. Completely wiping your account including the deposit not just the welcome bonus $.

Tried to get ahold of live support, opened 4 chats, they kept ending the conversation on me so i couldnt send any messages, the last time i managed to send a message and was connected to someone, the person messaged me and like 10 seconds later she said i havent been replied to so I'm ending the conversation... ? Within 10 seconds. Really..

Withdrawal problems

I have withdrawn multiple times from here, most wins under 1k and have come into my bank fine. Just today have tried withdrawing 1.7k and now they are asking for verification of bank account which I have already given before saying all my other payments made to me was with a non verified account, which is a lie because they made me get verified before receiving the other withdraws I made. I am now in the process of seeing whether the bank statement they have asked for will allow me to withdraw my winnings. For now I give 2 stars but if my winnings is paid out will be higher, just seems strange that when you try for decent payouts they seem to throw out more obstacles to try jump over for it.

Absolutely impossible to withdraw cash

Absolutely impossible to withdraw cash. I have tried to withdraw my money for over a month with no reasonable explanation as to why.

They suggested that it was a problem with my bank which is completely false and every time I try and follow up I have heard crickets.

They were good to start with in regards to paying out winnings, but now it’s has devolved to an absolute nightmare. I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere and it is sad that this site is no longer reliable.

Worst worst worst

Worst worst worst , was playing 5 lions megaway thinking this is a good site, upon the feature it was paying out up to like $50 + with half of the feature to spin.
Phone glitches and wipes my spins and currency.
Support do not aknowledge what I’m saying upon explaining they take a few days to manipulate the results and say it’s $4 what a joke I had 3 people watching next to me who recorded it .
I do not say this to vegastars they keep lying saying it’s $4 and I specifically said how will I get notified as support said they need to investigate on the day - four days later when I message they say we credited $4 to your account .
Nothing about a email or any response there end until I messaged them everyday .
Calling my back to get a refund 100% fraudulent .
Just got notification the person I referred won $500 after supply there n bank details and got the $500 - a purchase from there end was made so they could steal the $500 confirmed by the bank .
So time for me to claim fraud to my bank -
Once bitten twice shy !

Unexplained technical issue and horrific support

After initially enjoying this casino, I have unfortunately had a really terrible experience trying to get support with a technical issue. I spent over $2k of real money balance on bonus buys which had disappeared when I attempted to open them, presumably because of some technical issue.

No matter how I approach support or try to explain the issue in detail with screenshots, screen recordings or other evidence, I get generic responses that are unhelpful and demonstrate no understanding whatsoever of the problem. This is despite asking repeatedly to be put in touch with someone who can properly review my game history. Extremely frustrating experience when I have not broken any casino rules or T&Cs

Misleading Bonus Terms – Casino Confiscated My Deposit and Winnings

I deposited $50 at Vegastars and received a $50 welcome bonus. At the time, I was not presented with clear and prominent terms regarding the bonus expiry or the consequences for my real-money deposit. I do not recall explicitly accepting the bonus, but regardless, the terms were buried in fine print and not clearly displayed.

After several days of playing blackjack, my balance was around $145. The next day, my account was reduced to $0. When I contacted support, they said the bonus “expires after 5 days” and that they are entitled to confiscate both the bonus and my original deposit if the funds were not transferred out of the bonus wallet in time.

I believe this is unfair and misleading. No warnings, countdown messages, or clear disclosure about deposit forfeiture were provided. I have tried to resolve this with support, but they have been dismissive and refuse to escalate my complaint, even though their own terms say unresolved complaints should be escalated internally.

I request Vegastars restore my $50 deposit or allow me to withdraw my real-money balance. I will update this review if the issue is resolved fairly.

Verification impossible. Significant delays.

Have been getting the run around about my documents. They’re asking for things that don’t exist. Slow replies if any at all, they didn’t even request the documents until I reached out to them. I verified my ID before I even started, then the multiple requests come. Delay after delay. You give them everything the request and they still deny them. Take your business elsewhere.

The verification is so annoying and…

The verification is so annoying and difficult to do. Every time I submit my bank records in pdf they say they are not PDF even though that's how it comes from my bank. Seems like I won't be able to withdrawl my 600$ in winnings since they are being so difficult. Wish I never signed up and depositied any money. Will be telling my friends to go to rainbet instead.

Verification procedure difficult and trying to get to talk to anyone from online help takes an age played on plenty of casinos this one by far the longest wait times . Trying to get through to an agent for help waiting times 20mins upwards . Cashoit experience horrible.

Update . Avoid the player experience is horrible live chat completly non existent takes half an hour everytime to get through then wait 5 mins every single response much better casinos out there to chose from

It is absolutely a rigged game - I lost about 20 hands of blackjack in a row. If I’d have 11 and double against a dealer 6 they’d give me 20 and find a way for dealer to have 21.
