I mistakenly wrote wrong address
I mistakenly wrote the address incorrectly, so the package was returned to the sender. However, when I contacted the Vegetology team, they were very kind and sent me the package again at no additional cost to the correct address. I am very grateful for this! The unpleasant situation was resolved quickly, easily, and pleasantly. I sincerely thank you again and apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused.

My subscription experience
My subscription was dispatched and arrived in my country swiftly. Unfortunately the customs office here ignored the sticker on the box stating that duty was paid and my package got held up. The Vegetology team resolved the issue with customs and my vitamins were delivered to my home. Wonderful customer service. The subscription service is easy to use and easily amended to current needs.
