2020 chevy Silverado 1500 3.0 duramax diesel
Everything was great except I had to pay $200 extra dollars because what was said to be totally covered ended up not being totally covered, a little confused on that as when I signed the contract I understood everything totally covered until 125,000 miles, but happy to have my truck fixed and working..hopefully I hear back as to why it wasn't totally covered

Do your research on cause and effect of drive train before settling for what adjusters approve.
Parts that should have been approved to change in the front suspension that was under warranty were not covered. Still have a standing 90,000 mile on warranty, so I guess it'll cost even more when those cause damage to the new parts that were installed...

What I didn’t like was it took awhile…
What I didn’t like was it took awhile to get approved and my car had to sit there another weekend because of payment not being sent in a timely manner. Also 100% of the repair should have been covered. I paid for premium coverage.

I rated a four star for the fact of Me…
I rated a four star for the fact of Me having to pay for a Bulb which was $700 due to shorting out. Who is to say the electrical problems with the truck we’re not the cause???
