Excellent service and price for a lease vehicle. Dealt with Donna, and will hopefully use again in the future.

Second time I have leased a vehicle from Vehicle Savers. Donna was phenomenal again. Had some issues with Renault's electronic lease system and Donna really helped out. Would come back again and wholeheartedly recommend!

Dawn and Donna were on hand via telephone and email during the quote and order stages, which was helpful.
A bit disappointed that a vehicle in stock, took so long to be delivered.
What was very disappointing was receiving a brand new car with no floor mats.

Easy process , good customer service . Prompt responses . Car is as ordered . Only knocked a point off because they were meant to call an hour prior to delivery , and they did not .

Good communication and very competitive price

Donna was very helpful, but I did have to ask for an update on my delivery date, which did change. I did not give them a 5 as I have experience of previous suppliers, who provide token gifts like, key rings, travel mugs etc as a thank you for doing business with them. which is a nice touch.
