A positive experience which met my expectations
The staff were professional and friendly. My Consultant explained the scan and further treatment options clearly.

Old age legs rejuvenated.
Vein Centre Chester has a very professional yet also friendly way of working. Treatment advised is explained very well and dates of my choice were readily available. I found the procedure itself not painful, but recovery was slow and the bruising & pain then was quite bad. I’m 90% pleased with the results. I have a few small issues that may clear on their own, if not I’d be happy to use this company for further treatment. I’m now happy to wear shorts and swimsuits on holiday. Yeah !

Flawless Service
The entire experience was truly faultless. Mr Krishnan was thorough, informative and empathetic during both my procedure and follow up appointments at vein centre. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and reassured
throughout by all of the staff.
My results have been fantastic after laser and sclerotherapy. I would 100% recommend using vein centre for anyone considering treatment of their varicose veins.

A great welcoming team in Chester
My whole experience from start to finish with Veincentre has been amazing. The guys in my local centre in Chester were lovely - they were friendly, reassuring and even played my favourite music during my first procedure. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wholehearted thanks to Dr Krishnan, Diana and Michelle - what a lovely team. I wouldn't hesitate to return - but hopefully I won't need to!

From the moment I walked into The Vein Centre in Chester, I was made to feel welcome and was put at ease.
My procedure was so swift and professional and everything was exactly as I had been lead to believe; no pain, just a little discomfort.
Dr.Krishnan is clearly a superb surgeon and with his excellent nurse Diana by his side…and mine,….what a team!
I cannot thank the three, (including lovely Michelle in reception), of you enough. You made the whole experience a complete doddle and now my legs are completely pain free and look fantastic…well, almost 🤣

I dont feel satisfied with my treatment…
I dont feel satisfied with my treatment I did not get a scan on the follow up appointment to see if my vein had healed plus I still have thread veins on my left leg which I am surprised have not disappeared yet

A Great Experience
From my first consultation to my last treatment visiting the veincentre as been a brilliant experience and one i wished i'd done sooner. From the friendly receptionists to the wonderful Dr Krishnam and Diana who make you feel at ease from the start and make it feel like your visiting friends rather than having treatment. As i say i put off having my legs done for years and hid them away but i'm really pleased with the results and looking forward to wearing my shorts more outside and not just in the house.
