Had 2 separate treatments for small thread veins at Richmond Clinic in January and March 26. Generally speaking I’ve understood that the worse the vein looks the better the result is likely to be. After 2 treatments I can see decent results and am only left with a few small visible thread veins patches which I think could improve further still. The procedure is not painful and Dr Diamantopoulos and his lovely nurse Liz are very professional and friendly. I could trust them both straight away. They scan your legs before each treatment to ensure all is OK to proceed which is reassuring. I would go back, but realistically I think I have more or less the outcome I wanted after 2 visits. They gave me realistic expectations from the start and we must remember that every body is different and results may vary it may not be a miracle cure but certainly can improve the look. I like the appearance of my bare legs much better than before. Very nice Receptionist too who was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Dr. Rudarakanchana and her supporting nurses and administrative staff were excellent. Dr. R's knowledge, delicate and precise efficiency, kindness and sense of humor, coupled with her nurses' fun, competent, 'matter-of-fact' attitudes, fully assuaged any embarrassment and awkwardness I felt during my appointments. Also to add: I was not pressured in ANY WAY for unnecessary procedures. My legs are HEALTHY & look great to ME (and my husband)! edited to add that I'm 57 years old and my veins were hideous in march, now it's june and i can't believe how great my legs look --- still some slight bruising, but who cares? not me!

I went to veincentre in Richmond after struggling with uncomfortable and unsightly varicose veins for a number of years. From the start they were friendly and informative. Dr Diamantopoulos was very kind and explained the process clearly.

When I went back for the EVLA, it was painful with the injections, but the friendly nurses chatted to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Im really pleased with the result, almost all gone, and hopefully the last little bit will go with the follow up treatment.

They’re very good at what they do, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service from the Richmond team from the minute I walked for the initial consultation to the actual treatment and related follow ups. Super friendly and welcoming. Nung's expertise with the procedure made me feel I was in expert hands throughout. Everything was well explained in advance so I knew what to expect therefore it was quite relaxing. Having gone through an NHS operation to strip veins on my right leg many years ago (and before Endovenous Thermal Ablation was offered), I can tell you this is relatively painless in comparison. Recommended.

The receptionist and Consultant at the VeinCentre were friendly and professional .
