I had a great experience purchasing from Vektra PC. The delivery was very fast, and the packaging was excellent and secure, ensuring the product arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered an Intel Core i7 14th Gen CPU, and it arrived brand new, factory sealed, and exactly as described. Installation went smoothly, and the processor works perfectly without any issues.

Their professionalism, fast service, and attention to proper packaging show that they are a reliable and trustworthy store. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend Vektra PC to anyone looking for genuine PC components and excellent service.

Made an order for the new release intel processor and I'm quite impressed that they've got the stock first and released for reasonable prices comparing with the other stores in the market. I can give a 10/10 for that.

About customer service, good thing they have a team with knowledge about the optimization and hardware stuff because majority of the local shops can provide only compatibility and prices without deep understanding or explanation about what customers are buying. So kudos for the team

if there is zero star i would choose it ,
made and an order and after three days when i asked "when is it going to be dispatched" they just canceled it claiming the zip code incorrect "what should i do if my area and bank doesn't have a zip code ", why didn't you do that from the beginning now i have to wait another 14-21 days till the payment reflects on my card, worst shop ever.

the worst thing they claimed i requested the cancelation.

Quite possibly the best UAE based PC Gaming store that I've come across.

Quick delivery. Excellent price. But more importantly, outstanding customer service.

Mr. John was exceptional and provided a lot of free goodies along with the order. A first for me in this part of the world. Moreover, his knowledge with regards to the hardware being sold was second to none.

Would highly recommend this store for all your gaming needs.

Good service, price and fast delivery

Vektra are just impeccable when it comes to services rendered and quality of products shipped. Incredible attention to detail, great offerings and team that just makes it work for the customer. I couldnt be happier.

Whether it was purchasing a graphic card at a reasonable rate or delivering as committed or building a PC from scratch (right on their website with this awesome configurator!), its just perfect all the way through.

Will come back repeatedly. Vektra you have my trust!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. From the online payment to the delivery, everything was just broken, delayed, unresponsive and just infuriating!

Online payment system errored out while I was making the purchase. Money was taken from my bank account (why? the payment errored out! that SHOULD NOT happen) and yet my account showed no record that the order had been made!

I called them maybe 13 times and they just did not pick up. Finally after 1.5 days they picked up and responded to my problem, and it took them another day to fix it and reflect the order on my Vektra account. Mind you the order was supposed to arrive on that day, but due to this issue, the order got delayed by a whole day.

But that's not even the end of it. The next day I waited for so long and the order didn't come. So I called them maybe another 10 times and they still wouldn't pick up. I texted them on Whatsapp and they would respond so late. When they finally responded, they told me to speak with the Emirates Post representative, and when I did, I found that the order would not come on that day, but the next. Seriously?

And when I told a Vektra representative about this, he seemed surprised. So unprofessional and such a bad customer experience!

Emirates Post then told me that the next day I would receive the parcel between 9-5, but nope, that didn't happen either. I called them at 5 to ask what was going on and they said it would come at 6:30 max.

And finally it did. After all that absolute rubbish. A serious company who cares about it's customers would not tolerate such poor customer experience, but clearly Vektra do not care!

Who knows how long it would have taken if I didn't intervene. Hell I probably wouldn't even have gotten the parcel! And their refund policy states that money will reflect in your bank account in 45 days!

What a joke. Highly recommend NOT using Vektra if you value your time and your blood pressure.

Purchased a DELL 49 inch super ultrawide monitor. Item arrived as agreed and COD (Cash On Delivery) to Northern Emirates, UAE.

Didn't face any issue when ordered. I've done multiple orders now and the do quick delivery

I've order from them first time but really I can say the team they have very professional and help full specially there CED Dipesh who personally look into my item until it deliver to me really apricated.

Got 3050 for very good price , the delivery and customer support was perfect

To all reading this, After deciding against the headache of buying parts and building a gaming PC for my son I googled the hell out of pre built PC's spoke to 4 different companies to gauge them and after speaking to Jon at Vektra I was really happy with his patience with my questions and his confidence in building my and my sons dream PC. Jon that built the PC was not only fantastic the quality of work was second to none, we have had the PC now for a few months now and any questions or after support we needed were a phone call or whatsapp away. My son had a question regarding the lighting and Vektra logged into this PC remotely and fixed the issue in under 5 mins. AMAZING SERVICE and I 100% recommend these guys. Ill definatly be buying another PC with these guys in the future for myself. Overall super happy and would give them 10 stars if it was possible :-), Best thing was - after buying the PC Jon contacted me afterwards a few weeks later to check that everything was ok and we were enjoying it - Jon also helped me decide what monitor to get.
