È una truffa. Fingono di essere un negozio di artigiani fiorentini invece spediscono articoli contraffatti e scadenti dalla Cina. Gli orecchini e l'anello sono in vendita uguali su Shein ad €1.58.
Aprite una procedura di chargeback con la vostra banca se vi hanno truffato. Ma dovrete allegare documentazione, prove, ecc..

Imbroglio
Se potessi dare zero stelle, il mio voto sarebbe più veritiero. Acquisto online da tantissimi anni, ma solo ad agosto 2025, per la prima volta, sono stata imbrogliata, ho comprato alcune paia di scarpe da questo sito chiamato Velana.it , dalle foto, sembravano di ottima qualità mentre una volta ricevuti, circa 20gg dopo l’ordine, odoravano di plastica scadente, oltre questo i numeri riportati sulla scarpa erano sbagliati di almeno due taglie.
Inutili i tentativi di reso, ho tutte le email inviate dal loro “support”, mi promettevano ogni settimana un rimborso, che non è mai avvenuto.
Attenti a questo sito ingannevole, di Firenze non ha nulla, e’ stato un vero imbroglio, ho perso 171 euro, erano scarpe così scadenti, così sbagliate di numero che le ho dovute buttare nei rifiuti.
