Total scam business !
I placed an order with this company on october 14, 2026. When i recieved the delivery on october 28, 2026, it was a completely different product, a cheap 5 dollar piece of junk. I ordered a device to monitor multiple systems with a case, accessories and a manual. Instead, i recieved a cheap, battery operated heartrate monitor which i have no use for. They offered me a 25% refund to keep garbage and reorder what i had already ordered. Also, they told me i would have to pay to return the item i didnt order. Very bad customer service and a completely fraudulent business. Dont trust them, they will rip you off. So far, they have not offered a full refund as they should. I have full documentation of my order and the junk they sent. I am happy to provide it to anyone who is interested.
After recieving the companys reply to my review, i can say that ive sent multiple emails to resolve this matter. The only resolution is a full refund for scamming me. Your latest email reply to me came at 5 oclock this morning and was in german. You dont care about your customers, you offer no real resolution and your replys are a complete joke. DO NOT TRUST VELARO-TRAVEL.COM. I am still more than happy to provide documentation of my transaction with this fraudulent company.

I purchased an SSD which was fake in terms of its labled and advertised capacity. They do not respond to attempts to contact them via their website "Contact us" or "Return product" forms and their quoted contact phone number gives a "not connected" message when called.

Misleading pictures and a refund page that doesn’t work
We ordered the 2026 capybara advent calendar expecting the 24 cute, 3D capybara figures shown in the advert. What arrived were flat, cheap plastic pieces that look more like stickers than proper figurines. Nothing like the impression given by the advertising.
To make matters worse, when we tried to request a refund, the refund page didn’t work. Very disappointing, both the product and the experience of trying to get our money back. Save your money
