I actually emailed with the company regarding sizing, and if my prosthesis would fit inside. The tanks are a little tight, even though I sized up from my usual size. And there is no slit or opening to fit my processes. To say as a breast cancer survivor that I feel scanned would be an understatement.
Poor quality for price. Prosthesis won't fit in without tearing..very disappointing
Appalling quality. I ordered 3 tank tops advertised as suitable for inserting a prosthesis. They definitely weren't! The opening is about 1 inch and is merely cut in the fabric and would tear in no time. Customer service was dreadful and they refused a refund even though the items were not fit for purpose. Also way too small even though I input my measurements and ordered the size they recommended. They shipped from China but wanted them returned to USA which would have cost more than the tops were worth.
I ordered 5 comfort tanks from Velcy. After wearing them for a few days I felt they were a bit too tight for comfort. I asked Velcy Support if I could exchange the two unworn tanks for a larger size. The response I received was outstanding. Not only did they respond quickly, they also offered to send me two larger tanks, free of charge with no need to return any. That’s what I call good customer service.
