Run large. Love the toe box. Definitely wear in for running if you are used to running in regular running shoes that are more elevated at the heel

I bought the Minimal shoes pre-order
I bought the Minimal shoes pre-order, and I have not received them yet. I emailed several times; they don't answer most of my emails, and I'm still waiting to know what is happening. I thought they would prioritise orders that were pre-ordered (I paid for these shoes in March), but it seems they are not. Also, if they had been more communicative, it would have been okay, but I'm still chasing over email to know what is happening. Really bad experience.

When I did my purchase, it did not say that some products were not in stock. Waited three months for delivery. AI was answering my questions when emailing. Did not give any helpful information.

Good products - long delivery times
I am overall satisfied with the products, the new shoes are great. The delivery took a long time though. Yes I pre-ordered and was aware of a longer wait. But since it got pushed back I had to wait even longer. It would have been nice to offer to send me my other products ahead of time instead of having me wait for both.

quality products but out of stock clothes
Velites has quality products, they innovate and understand CrossFit athletes needs. With their new European hubs, they offer quicker delivery.
However, I find annoying that for months and months their most popular items are out of stock. I don’t agree with their policy (?) to push all « old » products before launching the new collection. I end up with so many discounts due to the rewards system and other promotions but there is nothing notable to buy in clothing for so many months!

Easy to use
Easy to use, shipped on time, good quality gear.
One point about website that would be helpful - when buying the 3 pack or 5 pack t shirt pack, it'd be helpful if you could filter out individual shirts by price. Currently you need to trial and error all of them to see which are marked down.

Very poor post-buy service
Upon receipt of my pre-ordered minimalist package, which included a toe spacer and socks, I encountered a two-month delay. Subsequently, I discovered that the shoes provided were one size smaller than anticipated. When attempting to exchange them for the correct size, I was informed that in addition to the expected €10 delivery fee, an additional €10 charge would be applied, as the exchange would be processed outside of the original package pricing structure.
