Complete and utter scam

Complete and utter scam, paid £20 for a product that could help my wife breathing and didn't turn up. Asked for refund and disappeared from the face of the earth.

I would have preferred a zero star…

I would have preferred a zero star option for this experience. Firstly it is almost certainly not a UK company, I expect that the product was shipped from China and took weeks to arrive. Onto the product, it was not the face cream as advertised, whatever was sent in its place was a complete knock off, I will not be using it. I can't believe I fell for this, the website was good and I had no concerns until the confirmation email arrived. Be very wary.

Don't buy. Save your money

The product gives no pain relief. The container is only half full. Then after o e week you receive an email saying that people use it faster than they thought and ask if you want to order more. Noooo. It is a complete rip off.

Run a mile these are a scam

Run a mile these are a scam. Took 4 weeks to arrive and they sent the wrong item. Told me it was a replacement even though it wasn't anywhere near the same and refused to refund me, breaching trading laws.
