Not sure what to make of this site just yet, have fully verified my account, deposited and made a withdrawal via Sepa as they don't withdraw back to your card. My withdrawal is pending, I tried contracting live chat but spent over an hour waiting for a response before giving up, I then e-mailed the company to ask how long processing times for withdrawals take but as yet I have had no response. I will up date this if or when I receive my monies but this company isn't very professional from what I can see, I hope to be proved wrong. Update on this, when you withdraw via Sepa, your bank will charge you for this, I think they charge for every 100 you withdraw so if you withdraw 1000 you're going to be paying about 35 pound in charges. On a brighter note I did get paid out.

They cash out on small wins but do no if you win big.

Their customer service, both the live chat and via email, is highly responsive and excellent. I have had no issues with receiving withdrawals back to my account (I am in the UK). The payments are super fast

I genuinely do not understand why there are any bad reviews and my guess would be that those customers have done something against the terms and conditions, or are annoyed with their own losses

Deposited £30 today and wasn't put into my betting account. Got some story as it's the weekend because of the banks. Said I've to wait to Monday for Deposit, would understand if I was doing a withdrawal with working days etc. Joke

I’m a genuine UK player. Signed up a week ago I have self excluded from their sister site golden bet and mistake. Sign up and verification was easy and simple.
Lost a fair bit and do be careful I never accept bonuses and this one came up with a random bonus pop up and saying that I accepted when I didn’t. I ended up losing that money anyway and deposited again, I play £5 a spin however I managed to win £9k requested a withdrawal but it wouldn’t allow me to do the full amount so I did £7k and I was prosessing for about 6 hours on a Friday and showed “success” at 9pm my withdrawal came through this morning (Monday) at 8:30am thankfully. I was reading reviews and was worried I wasn’t going to get my money. There was a fee they took about £80 but I’m just happy I received it.
I had to withdraw to my Monzo by IBAN as the starling that I deposited with wasn’t accepted for withdrawal.
It’s a decent site but remember that casinos always win. So don’t go chasing your money if you can’t afford to.

Poor poor service they allow you to be able to create a new account they let you deposit even if your details are exactly the same as the other account and then when you spend loads of money to them
And actually win money to then withdraw they fire back at you you can’t have any money won due to these terms that state if you have another account with them they MAY not allow you to take withdrawals so actually they can but there basically scamming you . what you’ve allowed me to deposit £500 ?? Then on the same day I made it you allow me to take back £40 of my last deposit made are you serious ??? A complete scam of a company I made a new account and I deposited probably about £600-£800 I then won £600 I went to withdraw I couldn’t do it due to having another account I understand to a degree that but the fact they’ve stolen my money they have taking all my winnings and left me with £40 I seek help as I am going to take legal action this is a scam and theft I don’t care what they write down end of the day I made a new account that had the same banking details the same name the same address and they was happy to take my money !!!!!!

Deserve 0 stars ,Absolutely shit fraudster website, allows deposits with bank card then when you withdraw will not let you withdraw back to that bank despite SEPA being an option- withdrawal crypto the only available options. They Closed my account with £175 in it, and all the chat could say is sorry for the inconvenience, stay well away from this scam website hope they go bust

I made first deposit with my debit card but cannot make any withdrawal using a debit card, they offered an alternative banking system which I do not think is acceptable. So i cannot withdraw my winnings.
