Would like to leave zero stars! I have been a loyal velobet customer for months and have deposited thousands of pounds during that time. I have never had a problem until now. I made a deposit, as I have done hundreds of times but even though velobet took the money from my bank account 3 days ago that deposit is still not showing on my velobet balance.

I have tried speaking to live chat several times and keep getting transferred between departments until no one responds. On the one occasion I have managed to get a response it was a generic response telling me it will take several days to resolve my issue! How can velobet take money from a customers bank account and then say it will take ‘several days’ to credit my balance with that deposit??

Also, velobet have changed the way you can claim bonuses and cash back. You used to be able to request 10% cash back quickly via live chat, however now you have to put in a request. Despite depositing hundreds of pounds in the last 2 weeks velobet have not responded to my requests for cash back and bonuses via this method!

Shocking service all round by velobet. Once my deposit issue has been resolved (if it ever gets resolved!) I will closing my velobet account.

UPDATE:
It’s now day 5 since I made my deposit and Velobet are still giving me the same response of ‘our team is investigating and will respond by email when this issue is resolved’!
I fully expect to not see my money again!
