I purchased a front and rear dash cam bundle off their eBay store and it arrived quickly. It was all brand new, in original factory sealed packaging. Upon using the camera there was a fault with the audio and following the products fault finding process it had a microphone fault. I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement, which they arranged with no issue, they sent me a return postage label and within a week of sending back the faulty camera, the new one arrived, also in brand new factory sealed original packaging. This one works fine. I have found this seller to be very helpful, approachable and the communications have been second to none and reply’s almost instantly from
A human, not an automated system. I cannot say how honest they have been, so so helpful and I would thoroughly recommend and would most definitely buy from again.

I have bought a few electrical items from this seller over past year or so. And I have found they sell decent products at a reasonable price and the quality is very good. And the delivery service is spot on. I would definitely recommend this seller.

The Humax HDR-2000T Freeview HD Recorder Set Top Box is amazing and so simple even for a doddery old fart like me it was a breeze to set up get going. This is not just a box, it's a brilliant one at that, the sound from this thing is "Outstanding" and the company are 'Simply Perfect'. The delivery was super fast. Always a new surprise everytime I turn it on, always makes me smile, it is "shere perfection within a box". Bought a Nextbase dash cam bundle including car kit and SIM card from Amazon. Paid my garage to install the hardwired system and then found the camera was faulty and I was expected to uninstall the wiring and return the whole kit.
Fortunately, this was sorted out promptly and efficiently by Velocitycommerce, I only had to return the camera and received a replacement very quickly.

My Majority Scholars dvd player remote failed. I contacted the company and they replaced it immediately. It now works perfectly again. Outstanding service.

Bought a vacuum from them back in June, they delivered next day and were extremely easy to deal with with great customer contact.

5 months later the purchased item broke this is a common fault from manufacturer not the shop we bought it from. I contacted the ship simply to ask weather I deal directly with manufacturer or them for the brake under warranty.

No questions asked they refunded me off their own back without me even wanting it and apologised for the inconvenience.

If Carlsberg made customer service this would be it(hope you get the reference).

Can not rate and recommend this company highly enough lots of others could take a few leaves out of their book.
