A great company to deal with,they know their stuff,Sally was really nice to talk to on the phone and had sound advice on coffee machines etc and it's great to be able to actually speak to a real person,there are many varieties of coffee on the website and it will tell you the origins of the coffee and which country it's made in etc,the coffee itself is delicious,full of flavour and decent value too and delivery is always prompt,if you like coffee check out their website and any questions you can phone them,I had a great experience with Velo and top notch service all round

Excellent services. I ordered my coffee maker in the morning and it was shipped in the afternoon the same day despite it says on its website that 2 business days is needed. The customer service agents are very active, too. I had a minor problem with my order and it was sorted out right away. Very impressive and would recommend everyone to Velo.

Very efficient company! I ordered a coffee machine on Friday morning and it arrived on Monday morning which is as fast as it could be. Included was a pack of coffee and several other little items 👍😁. Price wise it was on a par with the bigger online operators which is great. Overall a local company punching well above its weight!
