Goods that arrived were not as described. I immediately emailed requesting their returns procedure. 1 month and many emails later, they are suggesting that I should give the unwanted goods to someone in need and offering a 15% discount off my next order. They clearly think that their customers are idiots.
This is a scam company trading as M&S goods nothing like the picture they delay delivery so they are sure of the money I am from the UK so will try the bank they DO NOT reply to emails SCAM SCAM SCAM
If I could give minus points I would. This company is rubbish, I am STILL waiting for an address (after 3 weeks) to return goods, but they do not answer emails and when they do after a long wait, they say would I accept a discount off my next order, but no returns address. I will NEVER order from them again and am sure they are breaking trade description advertising as if goods are M & S products. DONT Order from them, be warned.

Please do not buy anything from here, my wife ordered 2 cardigans, when they arrived they were too small even though she ordered the largest size. Trying to get your money back is a waste of time, they ask for phots of the packaging etc, when you've send that they then want a photo of you wearing the garment. It was obvious from the photo that the cardigan was way too small, their reply was you ordered it its your fault, but we will give you a 20% reduction on your next order. They are taking the piss, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS VEL00RAC THEY ARE CROOKS
Zero stars!! I ordered a jacket and they sent a completely different one. When I emailed them they tried to offer me a discount for a different size!! Its the jacket I ordered that i want not a different size. Low and behold they haven't even responded. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all cost.
