I saw their advert on Facebook claiming they unfortunately were having to close the site and therefor were offering huge discounts. I found one cashmere jumper and another beautifully patterned one, each on sale for £39.99 on the linked website for Velora London. After weeks of waiting, my items eventually arrived FROM CHINA! What's with the London nonsense?... And what I got was shocking. They didn't resemble the items on the site... Not even the style of them resembled the images on the site. I requested a refund and was told I had to pay for the return which had to be sent back to their address in China. As this would be time-consuming and costly, they suggested I keep the items and accept a refund of 20%. When I persisted in being given the return instructions, they offered me 30% and finally when I threatened to take action against them, demanding a minimum of 70% refund without the need to return, I got offered 50%. I decided to accept that offer, and yet, still they have not refunded me a penny! What a scam....
I add to mention that, although they claim not to be affiliated, velora-london.com is posting similar items and discounts and in my opinion, this online retail company is in on the scam.
