This is a fake company. Not only are the products coming from China, they are being sent from an individual , Andrea Peraino, from Pompano Beach, Florida. I have tried to return and this is a scam. The email ,only contact, blocks emails being sent . I would give no stars, however, that option is not available.

Web site says "Made in USA" There is also a page that says they have warehouses also in UK, Australia and Canada. After I placed the order, I got a notice it will take a little while as it is coming from China. When I asked customer service about this, Tina O,Connell replied that was where the warehouse was. Yeah sure, Order placed 8/16, notice of shipment 8/18 On 8/22 I asked to issue a refund. 8/23 the replied issued a refund. 8/23 refund issued by credit card company. 9/2 received product.
Also nowhere on the bottle or package does it say where the product is made. How can this be with something that is consumed internally?????
This company is a scam, avoid !

It took almost a month to get my Cayenne Pepper drops. After contacting customer service, I was told it was in route, and they would expedite my order at no cost to me. When I tracked it, I noticed it was coming from China, even though they advertise USA. When I finally received my order, I noticed the order had a return address with someone's personal home address in Pompano Beach FLA. I Googled the house and it's not a business. I contacted the supposed company, and they said, the post office must have made a mistake when delivering. I told them it had my name and address on it, so why did the envelope have someone's personal home address if they are truly a company. I will not be opening or taking these drops, since I doubt what the drops really are. They promised a refund, but I've yet to see it. Feels like a scam!!

Same for me, said last week it shipped from china when it said in ad USA. Email received always say quality control, then sealing quality. Tracking number doesn’t work. Scam

I ordered the Red Yeast cleanse in early August and have been monitoring my mail for the package ever since receiving an email saying it had been shipped.

Now today, 8/27/25, I log in to track the package and see that it was out for delivery on Saturday, 8/23/25, and delivered to my mailbox on Sunday, August 24, 2025. First and foremost, mail is not delivered in my area on Sundays. And second, there was no package in my mailbox on the 24th, 25th, 26th or today, the 27th.

Ordered Velora Red Yeast Rice cholesterol cleanse took over 2 weeks to receive it. Shipped from China when the website said USA. SCAM alert!!!

Ordered weeks ago and still not arrived.
Emailed several times and got no response.
If i could give zero stars i would!
Beware that it sets up a regular payment plan too so keep an eye on your banking .
