I bought a jogger for my teenage son from Velour Garments online and I’ve found the quality of the product is very good. First off the jet black work jacket is a really great product i wear it almost everyday now.

Then the negative part, they delivered the wrong item, thats not the end of the world, but the solution was. I had to mail them 7 separate times to even retour the wrong item. They were so mistrusting with sending the right one that it was really disparaging. I am considering not ordering again in fear of having to do it all again.

This all is a real shame because the product is amazing.

I had a couple of issues with items, but customer service was very helpful both times. They gave me fair solutions and made the process easier. Over all a positive experience. Will keep buying from Velour!!

I really liked the 1000 GSM Hoodie, beautiful petroleum color, very thick, very soft in the inside and outside; I tried it on and it fits very well, long arms. I would recommend it if someone is looking for some cozy hoodie for the winter. I think it's over priced though.
The thick pants are nice, a little too long but the elastics on the ankles prevent it from going down; I would like the side pockets to be bigger to fit my phone nicely.
The T-shirt has very beautiful lavender color, very soft; fits nice, I would say a little short compared to other XXL from other companies, but it's ok.
What I really didn't like was the collar; it was TOO TIGHT; I felt like someone was choking me.
The shipping was ok, but I had to pay customs taxes that I didn't expect and was never noticed I had to pay.

The pants I bought fit me perfectly in both length and size. I absolutely loved the cut, the quality, and everything about them. It was shipped quickly and was nicely packaged. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be buying more products in the future.
