Velora is a scam and their warehouse in Toronto ships directly from China. I ordered 2 items and I was told I could not return or refund. That I had to ship back to china warehouse to get a full refund. Or keep the items and get a 10 or 20 percent refund. I shipped to China as I am very stubborn and won't put up with these scams. Very costly. Avoid Avoid Avoid. No return policy!! A total scam!!!!
