They lied and they couldn’t care less
I went there for a consult everything went more or less even though rushed. Then they called me one week before my surgery explaining the doctor opened her own clinic and left, but my surgery was gonna take place same week as booked in first consultation. During this time I called many times and they never picked up. It was then who called me for another consultation with the new doctor, and they said the old doctor opened her practice and that’s why she left. During consult with new doctor he said the old one left cuz sick (someon is lying here) and when the time arrived to set the final date (during such consult), turns out he did not know anything about it and to my bad surprise I was learning about that at the spot. They made me feel stupid and I told I was upset. Then another day, I reached the assistant to cancel due to this carelessness and she only works Wednesday (or looks like that) cuz she never replies to emails. It has been more than a month since I made the payment and still no notice of when my money will come back even after the assistant stated on email se was gonna mail me the answer.
