I accidently bought the wrong version of windows. I bought windows 10 pro instead of windows 11 pro like i meant. originally it didnt work and i was confused. When i sent a message to the support i got an answer from this guy called Sid within like 30 seconds! He asked for some pictures and all the stuff he needed and gave me the key i meant to get, and he didnt even charge me even though the windows 11 is 1$ more than windows 10. Absolutely amazing service and speed!!!

At first I received a key that had already been used, but after 15 minutes (mostly just waiting in the queue - once it was my turn the resolution was fast), Saikat very quickly replaced it with a key that worked through the customer service chat. I'm pleased with my experience.
