Purchased Windows 11 Pro license twice. First order had no issue. Second key didn't work but I opened a chat session with support and Sid was able to take care of the issue within 6 hours. Thank you!

Accidentally bought the wrong key for my operating system. Lamia helped me exchange it for a new key that worked.

My original product key did not work. I contacted Vendafly and first received an email from Sid. When that solution still did not solve the problem I received a chat message from Israt. Israt stayed on the chat and got me the correct key. The service was prompt and very helpful. Thanks

Had an issue where the Windows 10 Home code did not activate. Contacted Vendafly via online chat. They responded via email. Asked for appropriate verification information. Responded shortly with new code. New code worked. Thank you Saikat, Sid and Lamia for quick and successful response. Will use again.

Recently bought a key for windows 11 home, it firstly did not work, but I wrote to support and Sid replaced it for me, so I could activate. I appreciate the service, will continue using it.

The first key i had recieved didnt work but i got a replacement very quickly and support was eager to help if anyone is looking for a fairly priced windows key i cannot reccomend vendafly enough

Live chat feature was broken had to go to digitalchillmart.com and get support there based on a comment on Trustpilot. Seems to be a pretty shoddily run outfit that must get keys from liquidation sales or the like. Then to optimize profits they give out bad keys with the hope that you'll give up and just accept the loss.

Seems like a lot of people have received bad keys initially and then had to contact service to get a functional one. How such a consistently dysfunctional site is receiving as many 5-stars is beyond me.

Update: After 2 days and three bad keys one did work. Changed review to 2-stars.

VendaFly does offer Windows 10 and Windows 11 licenses, but it seems to be common issue where the first key received over email doesn't work, and replacement is required to be obtained from a LiveChat.
I wasn't able to find the LiveChat feature on VendaFly, but DigitalChillMart uses the same support chat, so I was able to receive the replacement key from a customer rep named Israt.
For the price, I can't really complain about needing to replace the key, I just wish it wasn't such a common occurrence.

I placed an order for a Windows 10 Home key, which unfortunately did not work, as the activation code had been used already, however, I received a new key immediately after a brief exchange with an agent(Sid, you're a legend), and that key worked no issue, if you're ordering from this site, just make sure you confirm your key works and if it doesn't don't immediately assume it's a scam, happy to say it's not!
