Inaccurate pricing information and poor customer service
I would strongly recommend not using this site - the information provided is untrustworthy and the after-sales customer service is poor. I brought a toy sword for my son on this website (about £45) and then paid as much again for posting costs. I have subsequently received a bill from the courier company for customs tax (About half cost of the original toy). When I raised this with the website and notified them that it wasn't clear on their website that there would be these additional charges, they told me that it was not their obligation to inform customers outside the EU there might be additional charges. To quote them "my site does not have to explain what you will pay for customs in your country, you who live outside the European community must know what your state will ask you". Very poor service and i would not shop there again.
