The process of ordering the machine was easy, the installation process was smooth, and I got it up and running in my store quickly without a problem. Everything was explained to me in a very clear manner, so I did not have a problem handling it from the very beginning. I have no problem with it being used by my customers, it gives my business a very modern and professional touch with very little work involved.
