I have had excellent and quick customer service response with any questions or concerns.

I've been using Vendoo for several years now and I've never had a serious issue. Their customer service is outstanding!

The Vendoo team was very helpful with my subscription issue, and took care of it as quickly as possible. They were very gracious in resolving my yearly plan and turning it to credit so that I could use it for a monthly plan instead. The only issue I have that lost a star was, I am currently in a listing challenge, was half-way to my goal, and they didn't keep my already listed item number for the month and it went back to zero. Therefore I have to start over in the challenge which doesn't seem fair at all.

Vendoo has made cross-listing so much easier for my resale business . I love having multiple markerplaces in one dashboard, auto-delist can improve a little but over all a great resource.

well they did way better than other companies when i needed to cancel and had surgery. here i am starting my store up and I am actually happy to return to vendoo.

And amazingly they saved ALL my listings i had made. thank god. creating listings is the worst (lol i say this but here we all are doing them).

I remember Vendoo being very kind about cancelling and just being professional and not asking tons of intrusive questions or being impossible to work cancel with. i was going through alot at the time (which i didn't tell them about), and being treated kindly instead of grilling me or selling me at that bad time was really good of them.

plus they had great customer service during my time too, plus even before i bought a subscription too! i remember buying it a few months earlier than i was thinking because of great service

--and yes relisting is worth the subscription payment even for a small inventory. it does help people see your stuff much better. who knows why things dissapear from search into the internet when they're still right there, but they do. Relisting is important.

I had a few other websites at that time that were awful and I literally bought my own domain now so I can stay away from certain other websites due to how badly they treated me.

now that I'm back to Vendoo i wanted to write this review on how good Vendoo is and that I'm excited to buy another subscription with them and get things running again.

I love Vendoo! It makes cross listing so easy and convenient. I think the cost is fair especially for the way it helps me make sales. Any time I have a question it gets answered promptly. I also love when there is an issue it is highlighted at the top of the home screen. I will continue to use this service.

Vendoo is like my secret weapon, or better yet, my super power. It's unbelievably fast and easy to list to my stores on 6 different platforms. I'm considering adding a couple more this year and I wouldn't even think of it if it weren't for Vendoo. I also love the tracking and business analytics. Great info!!

Fantastic platform & has helped me grow as a selller being able to list on multiple platforms in less time & keeps track of all the necessary information. The customer service can't be beat either, so helpful and sweet always.

The customer support is second to none. They are always quick with a reply from a real human. It makes this platform so much easier when I know I can get my question answered and get back to work.

Love the ease of creating drafts and crosslisting. My favorite feature is the Delist & Relist option to refresh older listings! My sales have definitely been more consistent since joining!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Vendoo. I've used other reselling tools and platforms, and before I used vendoo I used one for relisting, one for resharing, etc etc. Everything is centralized on vendoo, and they keep rolling out new features that I didn't even know I wanted. Their customer service team is prompt and helpful and you're clearly chatting with an actual human, which is a breath of fresh air. Cannot recommend enough!

Vendoo have the best features and customer service if you need anything clarified or need help with anything. They are always expanding their services too.

Having your items on multiple reseller platforms means greater visibility and higher chances of a sale. Vendoo slashes cross posting times! I can cross post to five platforms in five minutes.

Great tool for my reselling business. I've been on for at least 4 years now and love how easy it is to list and even keep financial records! Also, the team is very responsive when I have questions.
