Had tooth extracted, two bridges and whitening done at Venedik dental clinic and I am super happy with the results and also with how smooth everything went from the beginning. Great communication, friendly staff and nice looking clinic! Highly recommend and will definitely be back if needed more treatment done.

I have done my teeth with Venedik last week everything was perfect and planned beforehand.
I was really stressed to travel to another country for getting for dental treatment but my dental consultant Burak helped me a lot and explained all the details in advance.
The atmosphere at the clinic and the translators are vey warm and welcoming.
Dt Ahmet and his assistant Yesin are also very kind and helpful and treated me for giving the smile of my dreams!

I have been looking for a dental clinic for a long time and finally found one that will solve my dental problems. I had 3 implants and 6 zirconium crowns. All my procedures were completed in 2 months. Because the implants needed to heal, I can now chew much more easily. They also treated the cavities in the front areas. I would like to thank Dentist Ahmet Bey very much. Now we have a dentist for our family. Venedik Dental Clinic.

Very friendly staff very professional dentist was 💯 percent explained everything nothing was a trouble from start to finish went in February for a Consultation and got my temporary teeth in they were so good my friends and family thought they were the real ones come back in the first week in may to get them out and the Porcelain ones in I am so happy with them I would recommend this dentist to any one from start to finish nothing was a bother service was 💯 percent thank you all so much it has been a pleasure

I have just finished having 20 crowns fitted at Venedik after 8 other people I know have been to them and recommended them. They were lovely & professional throughout the whole process. They did not push for me to get crowns like some dentists in Turkey do, they suggested emax laminate veneers as I had good teeth already, but I chose to have the crowns. My mum also had hers done and needed lots of extra work which we did not originally know, and they only charged an extra £150 which is crazy as I have heard of other dentists adding thousands onto peoples treatments for less extra work than my mum needed. We are both in love with our new teeth and cannot thank them enough!!

I went to this clinic back in November/ December as I needed to have at least 5 teeth replaced. I thought the interpreter and dentist were very nice and helpful and when they advised me to have 26 crowns and 2 implants I went along with their advice and the work began that day after I’d paid my bill in full, as I was also advised I would not need to return as the work could be completed in a week.
I was given sedation on their premises on 28/11/24 and they removed 2 old bridges and one tooth, did a root canal treatment on another and fitted temporary teeth.
I had no pain at all, only numbness, but after two days I did notice that the temporary teeth felt ill fitting and caused a great deal of pain if I tried to eat scrambled egg with them. For this reason I was only able to drink.
However I imagined this would change when I had my permanent teeth fitted. When I asked the interpreter he assured me that would be the case and I felt reassured.
On 3/12/24 I went in to have my teeth fitted and I knew by the look on the dentists face that there was a problem. The teeth were too big. He began to try to fit them in my mouth but they wouldn’t fit and they were causing me a lot of pain as I couldn’t close my mouth on one side. When I told the interpreter this he said it was normal for my gums to be sore. I explained the pain was excruciating when I tried to close my mouth. The dentist was also becoming frustrated as the teeth weren’t fitting. They told me to come back in 2 hour's.
At this point I was becoming very concerned as both their attitudes had changed dramatically.
When I went back later, the teeth still didn’t fit, but the dentist seemed hell bent on fitting them anyway. When I explained to the interpreter that I couldn’t even close my mouth and would be unable to eat even the softest food like that he just stared right through me and didn’t answer at all.
At this point I was in this building alone with the dentist and interpreter and I was becoming very afraid. They were both speaking in Turkish and having an animated conversation. The interpreter left the room.
The dentist then put the temporary teeth back in my mouth and another man appeared and speaking in very poor English he asked and signalled for me to follow him. It transpired he wanted a video review from me before the teeth were fitted. I tried to explain to him that the teeth I had in were the temporary ones but he shrugged that off. I was becoming afraid. I felt they were holding me to ransom. I felt I had no choice but to do as they asked ( part of me was still hoping I was wrong) but I didn’t like being untruthful so I said I’d found the experience ‘interesting’ which was an understatement.
When I went back into the surgery I showed the dentist where the teeth weren’t allowing my mouth to close as he seemed to be struggling to find why I couldn’t close my mouth. He filed them a bit and I managed to close my mouth. But I now had pain and sensitivity in several of my teeth that I hadn’t had before.
At this point I had no choice but to let him fit these teeth and pray they’d be ok.
I felt they couldn’t get me out of the dentist quickly enough. I was very confused and upset and the interpreter assured me the pain would last two weeks maximum. I had no choice but to believe him as I was leaving the next day.
Weeks later I found I still couldn’t eat anything, I was taking painkillers on a daily basis, and I’d lost over a stone in weight.
I tried contacting the dentist again as my implants hadn’t been completed either and contrary to the information I’d been given, I would be required to go back to Turkey. However despite many messages they dud not get back to me.
I then went to my bank and did a charge back on my card, only when the bank contacted them did they contact me (2 months later),
They advised me that any transfers would be chargeable and so would accommodation.
I should say that I wouldn’t be reckless enough to go back to these people. I have sourced a more reputable dentist who will have to undo what they have done to my mouth.
Where I was supposed to have had individual crowns all I have is lots of bridges that are very difficult to clean, and don’t feel secure.
I am still trying to have my money refunded and have just acquired a specialist report which concludes the work needs to be redone.
This experience still causes me pain and discomfort on a daily basis, but until I am refunded for these ill fitting teeth and failed implants I cannot afford to have them redone.
I thought this company was trustworthy but to my horror they have been the opposite.
I understand even good companies make mistakes, but the difference between a good company and a bad one is how they deal with their failures.
Please be very careful if you are having your teeth done in Turkey, there are many good dentists there, but experience has taught me there are also many bad ones, this is definitely the latter

From the very first point of contact, I felt heard and that was so important to me.
After 6 monthly check ups over years of going to dentist in England, my teeth were a mess, i was in pain a lot & I struggled to smile with confidence.
I had the most amazing experience with the Dental team at Venedik Dental Clinic, absolutely 💯 5star service from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Venedik clinic to anyone thinking of travelling here to get their desired smile.

From start to finish the service the guys delivered was second to none, the clinic itself is very modern and pristinely clean. The staff are fab and really do make the whole experience less intimidating and more relaxed.

I was fitted with 20 crowns with my treatment taking a total of 5 days, the hotel and VIP transfers were all included in my package which meant my husband could come along for support.

I am beyond grateful for the work the team at Venedik done with my smile makeover and will continue to travel here for any future dental work.

I came from Scotland to have dental implants on top and crowns for bottom.. I was greeted with a translator and was made to feel comfortable at all times.. i will say the treatment isn’t for the faint hearted but is worth the over all finish.. In all I had 5 visits to Turkey which took about a year in total coming back and forward having my teeth checked.. on the first visit I had my top teeth removed and bone graft then 3 months later came back for implants on top and bottom teeth filed with temp crowns this visit was possibly the worst visit with a lot of swelling but I was always given antibiotics and pain killers.. 3rd time I came for my forever teeth which I was very happy with. I came on a 4th occasion to have implant at the back of mouth crown fitted. . I had to come back last week to have a tooth removed from the bottom and some bridge work done… I am a very emotional person but I was always given a good support from the dentist and would definitely recommend. It has been a long journey to get to where I am with my dental work but I am very happy with the out come. Everyone has been so good to me here, from the taxi driver, receptionists, translators and dentists all had a smile for me. Thanks

Yes this people are really bed l have my teeth done with them in September. I went to get a all one 6 done the changes me £7.000 when I return to the UK in the same week my all of the bottom rows of the teeth fell out I was in tears for weeks .First when you go to them they are so nice as soon as you paid them all your money you will see the charge in them The turkey government should give them a visit because the taking people money and not paying their taxes. That's why they ask for money in cash these people are not professional l am very upset because they take my money and didn't do the job they presented me they would do.

I, about 15 months ago, had 20 zirconium crowns. I had a gap, a missing back tooth on both sides of my upper back teeth. The two remaining teeth on both sides were ground down and a set of 3 crowns were fixed over them bridging the gap. On my left hand side I have no problems. On the right hand side there is a gap between my middle crown and the gap. This allows small amounts of food to get between my tooth and my gum.

I returned about 9 months later, at my own expense and was initially told that there was nothing that could be done. I was told my upper jaw bone would need an expensive, my expense,bone graft to make it wider. This is something that was not brought up in the pre-consultation.

I have two friends who are clinical dental technicians that informed me that this is not correct. I am also an engineer and know that this would not be required. I was being fobbed off.

At the last minute the dentist prodded my gum and sprang into action. He carried out a procedure, under local anesthesia, where he cut my flesh from the side of my cheek and sewed it into my gum to repair it. He did not tell me what he was doing , he just carried it out. It has closed the gap a bit but the problem still persists.

I know that the problem could be fixed by removing the three teeth and creating a new set of teeth that are correctly fitting but I was told that it can't be done and only a bone graft would do it.

I know of other people who have been to other dentists and have had problems and their dentist have covered all costs for their accommodation, flights and repairs.

I found out about Venedik Dental Clinic by checking the reviews a year ago and decided to check , and Dr Nazire did a god job.
we visited later with my husband for whitening and dental fillings. The team was experienced and devoted enough time to provide me with information and proper procedures. İ want to thank also the asistand Eda , she was so kind
