non ho anticipato nulla ma 4 giorni chiamo l'albergo per sapere cosa dovevo fare .. e mi dicono che la mia prenotazione non c'era .............e salta tutto !!!

Prenotiamo da molto tempo con Hotels e non abbiamo avuto mai problemi di sorta. Meriterebbe un 5 stelle ma quello che fa abbassare il punteggio è questa poco credibile diffusione di email con sconti fino al 50% riservata solo a chi riceve ...bè ho provato e riprovato navigando in anonimo e i prezzi degli hotel scontati sono per tutti gli stessi!

attenzione... per 2 volte ho pagato gli hotel attraverso hotels.com e per ben 2 volte mi è stata clonata la carta di credito!!! Avendola utilizzata esclusivamente su questo sito web non ci sono dubbi che sia stata una falla nel loro sistema di pagamento!!
La cosa peggiore è che dopo varie email inviate non mi hanno dato alcuna risposta!!
