While there may be many positive experiences, my experience is that if something goes wrong it's really wrong.
Though I would love to bore you with all the details, I'll keep it short and simple. Placed order in December 2022, and it's May 9 before I can use of all the products.
The most annoying part was having to deal with their customer service. They gave me a rundown of their internal processes and how that was the reason for what had gone wrong. As a customer I am not interested in your internal processes - fix them and make them customer friendly. The caller had not taken the time to read up what had gone wrong and were quick to pass blame to anyone else including me! Take your responsibility and get some communications training. Ridiculous - and NEVER AGAIN.

7 months wait, no money and no curtains
I waited a long time before posting this review, to give time to the company to fix our problem, but after 7 months it's enough waiting.
We bought our curtains on advice of a Veneta advisor (R.S.) in August 2022. We have a bit of a special situation in our apartment (a curved wall in the living room), but he ensured us that it would be no issues with the -not cheap- solution he sold us, a big curtain that would cover the whole wall.
We are now in March 2023, we have 3000€ less, and still no curtains.
R. gave us the contact of a company that would make the curved rails for us, but the company told us that they don't do that anymore. We contacted other companies ourselves, weeks of waiting, and nobody is able to help.
I contact R. via WhatsApp at the end of September and got no answer.
Then I called in October the Client service and turns out there should be a Technician from Veneta that can do the job themselves.
We pay the new rails + the appointment for the installation service and in November we get an appointment for the 6th of March. It's very long, but we are patient.
On the 6th of March a technician comes, without the rails for the curved wall, that were supposed to be delivered to us or to his warehouse, between November and March, but they were not.
The technician (very kind) also tells us that he did not get a good explanation of the situation. He contacted the Headquarters and told us that now we are top priority and we would be contacted soon. He also takes the 2 rails for that we got delivered (for another room) that were damaged during transportation, to be replaced.
I call the client service one week after and they told me to contact again R.S., being him our agent.
He tells us he knows nothing and I should get a call soon. I sent a reminder after another week and got the same answer.
Results: 20 days after, no call.
Now the company got paid everything in full, in advance, almost 3000€ among our 2 orders, and we still don't have curtains after SEVEN months.
With that amount of money, another company would have already did the job months ago.
I am very disappointed and frustrated.
I hope that the company will find an acceptable solution soon, because the situation now it's ridiculous.

Steaming did not work on this curtain type
Unfortunately there was no solution for ironing the creases out of the curtains I had bought. It was thought that the steaming by monteur whlst hanging would suffice...helaas not. The monteur would report that back to the factory as a problem for this type of curtain. There will now be a followup appointment to see what can be done

Very happy with service
We did a large order for 3200 euro. Since I was a bit insecure they helped be when I called to get the right measurements for our blinds. In the end I still made a measuring mistake. After the delivery they asked if I was pleased, I told them I was but that I did make a mistake. They send me a new blind with correct measurements free of charge. And I am not even mentioning the high quality.

Ordered blinds in January 22. One blind was faulty and not hanging straight. Requested a replacement.
This took more then 3 months to sort out. After numerous emails and follow ups it was delivered to the wrong address.
Then I was promised a second replacement in May. Waited 2 months again. Just for them to sent it to the same wrong address once again after various emails to them and the shipping company. ( Please note not to my neighbors a completely different street - Commercial property on that premises ).
Sent proof of all this already on the 6th of July was offered a replacement again after they reviewed all documents I have sent trying to correct the wrong address once again with Veneta and the shipping company.
Now in October I was informed that they have cancelled my 3rd replacement after waiting another 3 months. Please note they have never informed me about this decision after waiting 3 months and started following this up I was only informed.
Worst is after the hot summer it seems like all the blinds are dipping in the middle!

Once again terrible customer care. They just pretend that they are looking at your complain!!!!

Very delayed and poor service
Our experience with Veneta ( in particular the agent Pepjin and colleagues) has been most disappointing and most unprofessional. We paid and ordered our blinds in July with the agent and was told that the blinds would be ready and delivered in mid August. We got confirmation on the order.
Mid August came and went, at the time the blinds were meant to be delivered we had to follow up since Veneta went silent on us. We were told that something went wrong, that the order was not placed and that they will re-order. We got confirmation that it was re-ordered and to wait another 3 weeks. It’s been over another 4 weeks later and we are still waiting for our blinds. We keep using our money to call and follow up and the agent is not picking up our calls. When we called the call center we were told that again we have to wait till early October! That is unacceptable of course. Veneta is not communicating clearly and truthfully about what is going on with the order. This is rather unfortunate for us as we have paid a long time ago and been waiting for a very long time for this order, while our windows here are bare without blinds. The service has been very poor and would never recommend such service to anyone.
Update 20/09: Pepijn has been in touch and has confirmed that the earliest the order can be delivered is by early October. Of course we would appreciate to get the delivery earlier, since we’ve been waiting for over 2 months already. But looking forward to receiving our order and hopefully with no further mishaps.
So we wait.

Quality OK but total absence of Customer Service
I bought a roof skylight curtain.
Quality vs Price is Good.
Instructions to install it are clear.
However one of the screws I put in the wall did not hold and I had to uninstall everything in order to fix it back properly, and here the disaster starts:
- No instructions to uninstall is available self-service even online, whereas there are clearly some tricks to be aware of to remove it efficiently (it took us multiple attempts and about 5 hours in total).
- When submitting a customer service request there is the category « I need help to (un)install a curtain myself » but it seems that despite this there is no proper standard manual that exists.
- The customer service is not reachable via phone and answered 7 days later (!) with a standard reply asking my order number which I had already given in my first message (!).
No need to say that when the curtain is hanging in the air potentially damaging the wall as the weight puts pressure on a single screw, you are not going to wait that amount of time.
So considering this total absence of customer support, I don’t think I will order anything again from Veneta.

No response in case of questions after the sale
We have ordered curtains for 4 bedrooms from Veneta which, according to the sales representative, would sufficiently darken the rooms to sleep in.
In practice this turns out not to be the case. If you have any questions about this via the contact form on Veneta's website or by telephone, we do not receive any reaction. In our experience, this is completely opposite in terms of responsiveness to the pre-order period.

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience. Not only are the products of really good quality, but their customer service is second to none. After you order online, which is already a very pleasant experience, you receive regular updates on the status of your order (delivery took about a week and a half, which is fairly quick in my opinion). I mistakenly ordered chains for my roller blinds that were too short. I called them, they immediately knew who I was, knew the details of my order and immediately offered to replace the short chains with longer ones, at no additional cost!!. They even mailed me an instruction document on how to install the chains separately. To my surprise, the chains arrived in my mailbox the day!
This is by far the best company I have dealt with in a very long time. Congrats Veneta, I am seriously impressed!
