Bad service : installer damaged several wall and window pains

The sales person also doesn’t want to help saying his geographical area has moved.

The Klantenservice is also not helpful, slow to response. I need to call several
Times.

The blinds looked great and worked great until, after two years of daily use the 6 foot long blinds in the sun room started to have cord failures. These go up and down and least once every day. The problem? Plastic grommets that guide the nylon cord through the metal head rail. Over time, the cord cuts a groove in the grommet, causing the outer part of the cord to shred. Had a metal grommet been used, this would not happen. Now I face having to re-string my shades every two to three years.

Christian who came out to fix the curtains, made sure everything that even we had previously fixed ourselves was well aligned and that we were left with a finished product overall that we’re very satisfied with.

We ordered items for a few windows and received excellent advice from Fabio Witkamp. The ordering and payment process was smooth and fast!

I special ordered my blinds from Venetia through Home Depot. It took me forever to get them. When they finally arrived the headrail for my vertical blind was missing. I called Home Depot who dealt with Venetia numerous times and got no results. I never received a call to indicate they did not make the headrail any longer. Not what display at Home Depot showed. I am very disappointed in customer service dealing with
Venetia. NOT WILLLING TO HELP AT ALL. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! Really poor customer service.

Delivery also went smoothly without any issues.

We have ordered plissegardiner for our apartment, for all rooms. It has been great experience and service from the start. Veneta representative Theis came to our apartment, adviced the colours and did all the measures. After order, we waited a little less than 5 weeks, and the order was ready to pick up.
We also ordered the installation and it was also great experience, the specialist did everything smooth and quick and has been very nice and helpful.

After first installation when blinders were not matching perfectly, Veneta offered me for a small price difference an alternative. Dirk and Curd installed everything correctly, left everything clean and before every installation they asked a confirmation so everything was done according to my wish. Thank you Veneta for affordable blinders, with a good quality and excellent service.

It only takes patience! But was it worth the wait, YESS!! Communication was great, they did a very clean job, they were very nice and polite. I’m satisfied and very happy with the way our bedroom looks.

The quality of product is really good and help from Veneta colleague to choose products is also good

In 2017 we ordered honeycomb "blockout" blinds for the 7 very large windows in our newly renovated lounge room. We were thrilled with them and still are - they look and perform like new. And the communication with Veneta was outstanding (excellent customer service).

This year (2024) I ordered blinds for our bedroom and office - and again, great customer service and the blinds are fabulous (and so very easy to install - we did it ourselves).
