Very happy with the final result and thanks for the help from Frank Eijnthoven. Initially I wanted to do everything myself, but I was hesitating for 6 months because each of my windows has a different problematic... In/out opening, strange shapes, blocking frame, handle on the way...

At the end I decided to ask for help to confirm if I could actually use the "plisségordijnen" everywhere I wanted, and in turn I got much more than that. Frank could do the measurements with a laser meter, explain the montage options, show me the variety of colors and some other aspects of the product.

I installed myself the curtains and it's really simple. I only have a small complaint about the quality of the included screws, I still give 5 stars but in one frame that had harder wood, I had to use my own higher quality ones because the included ones couldn't make it.

I had a really good experience with the sales rep. René Boudri. He was really helpful and did an excellent job in ordering the correct blinds.

On the minus side. I wanted installation service which, I was told, would take 4-5 months. We had to get an external handyman for the job. And, one of the blinds came slightly damaged. I have pictures upon request.

Paul Balk came to visit our house to look at living room curtains. We were not sure what we precisely wanted and he walked us professionally through all options and thought actively with us through the possibilities and what would fit. He even offered to look with us in other rooms and measure them for if we ever thought about something in the future with the same professional eye.
He genuinely helped us without us ever feeling like we had to go for as much as possible but was just there to help us. We are definitely coming back to him when we get new curtains for our other (pre)measured curtains!

Great experience!!! From the first appointment until the installation the Veneta guys have been very professional. Delivery time takes a few months for the shutters but it’s worth the wait!!! Joey and Gillian were very professional. I would highly recommend using Veneta 😀

Monteur Dieter from Belgium was very kind and did an amazing job! He called when he was on his way as expected and He managed to place window shutters that required hours of adjustment work. When his colleague left at the end of the shift he stayed 2 hours longer and finished the job with a fantastic result. This was extremely helpful and avoided the need of a follow up appointment. Excellent service from start to finish. We doubted alot what we wanted for our window, so it took a while for us to decide. We got expert help to our house (from Paul Balk), very nice guy. He gave us his recommendation and even helped with extra questions and measuring of other windows for possible future orders. His service went well above our expectations, and because of him and Venetas fair pricing we want to do all our future orders with them. Also, couldn't be happier with our Plisse, fits perfect in our window, and good quality. Well spent money!

Once delivered we realised that it wasn't exactly what we wanted (we've chosen the wrong transparency of the material) and we were pleasantly surprised that we could actually change the type of material.The difference in price was very very small and all went very smooth.We have received the new one and we are really happy with it.Top customer service and product.

Great experience from choosing the curtains, through to installation -
Patrick was quick and friendly, and made the flat look like a home.

There was a long wait to have the curtains fitted due to Global production delays, I believe. But if you are happy to wait, it is worth it!

Great service. Patrik van t Veer had a pretty challenging task getting our relatively heavy 3m curtain safely secured in the old ceiling, and he succeeded! He was also very nice and did the job quickly.

I recently had appointment with Frank from Veneta. Excellent advisor. Came well prepared by seeing our requirement. Suggestion was also perfect on how to put a duo roller blind on a large kitchen window. All went well and we immediately ordered it. Also best thing from veneta is that you get appointment very soon.
