I wish I’d read these reviews before I bought. The knickers I bought are supposed to hold up to 50ml and they don’t even hold 5. Very poor quality, probably not even worth £5 let alone the £13 I paid. Do not buy these, they’re absolutely rubbish!

I ordered a pair of ultra absorbent comfort knickers on 23/8/25, unfortunately they didn’t fit. I have since emailed a number of times, initially to enquire about a larger size and then for a refund as fed up of waiting for a response. I have not as yet received any response to my emails or a refund (I am giving this review on 21/9/25) 😠.
Annoyingly I am getting plenty of marketing emails 😡.
So be warned it they don’t fit you will have lost your money and they are not cheap!

These are very soft and comfortable knickers but they are not able to cope with even tiny leaks. The gusset is slim like normal knickers and has no extra absorbency. I was very disappointed as I bought 6 pairs and have to wear them with slim panty liners which defeats the whole object.

Poor quality, the seam split after wearing the knickers twice. I cut open the gusset to see if it was multi layered as advertised and no its not. These knickers will not protect you from leaks and therefore are a waste your money!

Unfortunately I've realised that the claims by this company are all false:
Pants are made in China, not the UK as advertised.
Pants are not leakproof as I tested them with small amount of water(10ml) and gusset stays wet for hours.
They are not cotton as claimed but a polyester material.
They don't have several leakproof layers as claimed. I cut open the gusset to check. No additional layers at all!
I'm now attempting to get a refund.
Please don't waste your money..

Although the antibacterial/leak proof underwear are soft and comfortable they definitely are not leak proof. A bit disappointed really. But they are a pretty design and comfortable.

DO NOT BUY from this company it is lie after lie from them.
1 , I bought the offer to get 5 free pants for my holiday.
2, only 1 arrived, so I told them, told we will send them out to you. They didn’t arrive in time do I asked to cancel the order.
3, told oh they are out for delivery we can’t cancel.
4, 8 days later they arrived. In the meantime the 1 pair I had were no use at all for leaks.
5 as per the website I asked for a refund.
6 emails to and from offering me more pants but no refund.
7 offers 70 percent refund if I keep the pants.
8 said no I don’t want them not fit for purpose.
9 latest email is now asking me to post them back to China.

I am now realising I am stuck with pants that are nice to look at but at not fit for the purpose they advertise them for.

These knickers are very comfortable, stretchy and a good fit. However they have 2 major faults. Firstly the gusset is not high enough at the front, it needs to be an extra inch higher and secondly and most importantly they do not hold anything like the amount of urine promised. A couple of drops maybe but more than that goes straight through. Im keeping them as they're comfortable but will look elsewhere for leakproof knickers that do their job.

Really stretchy, soft and comfy. Great selection of colours too. I've recommended them to friends.

They took longer to arrive than expected (5-7 days quoted on website) but very happy once the did.

Customer service were quick to respond and resolve my query by email too.

Really happy with the quality and feel of these knickers.

Still skeptical to whether this is a scam product as they dont feel leak proof. Comfy and pretty to wear but gusset is too short at the front
Packaging was cheap and not attractive as the adverts show, disappointed as they weren't cheap. Debating whether to buy more on the offer they have sent me for a second purchase as I really was excited about this product!!

Really comfortable, very good quality and fast service. Will probably purchase more.

Product arrived of poor quality and from China. Asked for their free return service as the detail on the website but they refused, I instead accepted a 70% refund as that is the price I’m somewhat happy to pay for the quality provided and saved myself the further argument for the free return label.

Very easy ordering process and the knickers were carefully packaged! They are very comfortable to wear all day, do not ride up like other knickers and no ‘elastic line’. Great to have the confidence of protection for those little mishaps!

Gorgeous, pretty, comfortable, breathable underwear. I live an active lifestyle and these are so lovely.... i want more!

Very soft and comfortable and very pretty to look at. The gusset contains a small amount of liquid.
Very pleased.
Did take a while for delivery though.

I do like the product. But, don't be fooled by the adverts that they come in pretty packaging, mine came in a jiffy bag that was burst open at the side.
