I ordered a few things from them and never received my package. They sent another one out and never received it so this Company is a FRAUD , I'm out 45.00$ because they want to send the stuff through the Track 718 & 678 NEVER received anything so don't order from this company VENTRESS.COM

Sizes run small I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants 2xl they were very small and not a 2xl almost 50 dollars wasted I will never order from here again

Same experience as everyone else on here dress came and quality not good ! dress is faulty and in contact with them which they keep asking for photos of the dress? And details but getting no where. Wish my mum had read all this before ordering! Please avoid as don’t think we will be getting refund!

I have ordered 2 dresses. I was in touch via Whatsapp with a somewhat nice Lady (Maggie) who took all my measurements.
The delivery arrived as arranged and even before time BUT the quality of the dresses is a complete disaster. None of the dresses fit me right. One of them has the wrong size with the arms measurements, the second one is just good for garbage. Horrible from head to toe and absolutely unwearable!
Very disappointing all over, although the lady on Whatsapp was very cooperative, must I say. I wish I had read some reviews before to place my order.

First and last time! Never again!

Never use this site. Returns are not allowed and zero customer service. One of those sites that is stealing from customers. Stay away

I ordered a dress from here it never came. They claim my order got lost or was locked up in customs they offered me a 50% discount or only 10% of my $ back . I said no . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered the popular tasseled shorts that I've wanted for a long time. They arrived 5 weeks later and could only fit a woman nearly half my size. I purposely ordered the shorts 2 sizes larger than I normally wear!! They offered me 50% off my next order. NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM.

Clothes do not fit like regular clothes. Clothes do not feel like any fabric I’ve ever felt. Feels like plastic and paper. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN

This company is a SCAM. The two dresses I ordered cake different than pictured and of cheap quality. When I reached out to return the dresses for a refund, I was given an address to ship them to. I spent $23 in shipping and waited months to receive my refund. Every time I emailed asking where my refund was, they told me to be patient that they never got my package. Well 10 months later, the package arrives back at my doorstep. Enraged, I emailed again explaining that I sent the items to the exact address they gave me and I just wanted my money back. No one responded to me. Not then and not after 8 more emails sent. This company is an absolute joke. Do NOT give them your business and money. They’re thieves.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I placed an order back in November of 2018, received the order in January of 2019. The items were of poor quality, one looked nothing like the picture and two were damaged. I contacted them and I was told to send pictures, so I did. I told them I wanted to return the three items. They would always come back with 5 dollars off my next order, and then 10 and I think maybe finally they offered 15 off my next order. I told them I just wanted to send back the items. I couldn't use them. They told me it would be to expensive to send items back. I told I didnt care just wanted my money back. They finally they gave me an address to return the items and told me I must write the order number on the outside, which I did. I put tracking on the item as well. My order was $85.00 and it cost around $34.00 for me to ship it back. It was a lot but I knew I couldn't use the items so $51.00 dollars was better than nothing. I shipped off the package end of January notified them as instructed with tracking number. NOW ITS MAY AND NO REFUND!! I have reached out by email several times but they will not respond to my emails anymore. I tried to be patient and let them to the right thing but they will not. Please don't waste you money with this company.

Received one of my two dresses. It's been over two months and still no dress or response from Veni. I will never shop with them again and dont recommend them to others.

Actually my rating is a negative 1. This company doesn’t follow through with their own policy’s. Their product is cheap and odd fitting. My last interaction via email is the following:
I see that your company makes it almost impossible to have any level of good customer service. Your inability to provide a decent return practice shows lack caring for human beings. Please do not respond as I will be donating the dress to charity for tax right off instead hoping to get a refund from China. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. I will not be using your company again and plan log my complaint with multiple online reviews. I’m sure you don’t care as I am 1 person in millions of other suckers you already taken advantage of with your flashy websites and bargain bottom prices. One customer, one less customer; it’s all the same to you. I hope you sleep well as you scam the next buyer.

Much like the other reviewers have stated this company seems to be a BIG SCAM. I ordered three items at the end of January it's mid-March and I am still waiting for 2 of the items. One item FINALLY arrived at the end of February after I emailed and complained. They said they were shipping all three items, but one item arrived and that one item had a hole it it. It was easy enough to stitch up, but it was annoying to have to fix a brand new shirt. The material is cheap and the item won't last long, but based on the price I wasn't surprised by that. I emailed them again and received a tracking number saying my other items were on the way. Basically in 2 weeks they've moved around China, but haven't left for the US. At this point in time, I think I am just out $70. Lesson learned...I'll NEVER order from here again.

Never received my order. I ordered on Jan. 12th, it's been over a month where the shipping method I PAID FOR said 8-15 days. I requested a refund and all they did was, one week later, send me my tracking number and claim it's on it's way. They already charged my paypal for something I have not received. Avoid this company...they are a scam!!

TERRIBLE!! Ordered a dress for a Christmas present - NEVER received, however, I have been charged on my credit card through Pay Pal and trying to get this taken off. NOT paying for the dress I have NEVER received. Customer Service is also TERRIBLE! DO not order from this company!!!

I ordered 6 items from this site. 4 of the 6 were good, not exactly what was pictured on the site but still fit nice and were cute so I wasnt unhappy with them. 2 of the items however I was not happy with. I'm always sceptical of online clothing but I read the reviews as well as the measurements for the sizing and it seemed right, however when I received them they were cheaply made and were different than pictured online and they did not fit. I read the return policy prior to ordering so I emailed them as it says to do. Now keep in mind it took 2 weeks to be even shipped so I had already had prior emails about that with the customer service representative which were in broken English. Anyway I got a reply about returning the items asking for my measurements, my normal sizing, pictures of me in the clothes, etc. Now to me that seemed incredibly rude to ask for that like hello the clothes dont fit. But I replied I just want to return them they didnt fit. 2 days later I had not gotten a reply so I emailed again saying this is my 3rd email about wanting to return my items I need the address in which I was replied to with keep the clothes we will give a coupon code. Unless the coupon code is for free shipping and the amount I paid for the items I dont want that. I just want my money back. I guess I'm stuck with this crap. So for me I would not recommend this site at all. Poor customer service.

Very poor quality, nothing compare to what I ordered. Cheaply made, dont waste your money on this website. I thought I was going to get a good product, this is China poorly made clothes.

Fake reviews, sent me cheap crap that looked nothing like the website- the zipper to my dress broke when I tired it on. Then when I tried to return they keep sending me the same generic email which wasn’t even in proper English. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I would rate this sh** site as less than 1 star if I could. They have fake reviews on their website suggesting the excellent quality of the items. Furthermore, I always read the return policy on a site before I order, as I did this time. I ordered 3 dresses, all of which showed up as a cheap fake alternative to what was actually pictured. I contacted the company to request the address so I could return them, and sent photos of the items as requested. They REFUSED to give me the address for nearly 2 weeks. When they finally did, I paid for the shipping myself including confirmation of delivery as they said they would refund my money once received. I have confirmation the items were delivered on 8/30/18, and they CONTINUE to refuse to refund my money. This company needs to be put out of business.
