Awful, service stopped working on June 26th and after a week of that, i cancelled my plan and asked them to unlock my phone and they still haven't. It's been six days since I asked them to unlock my phone so I can go to a different carrier, and nothing! Worst mistake of my life going with them and not one of the 4 main guys. Customer support is useless!!
