Disappointed by Poor Quality After Just One Use – Venque Bag Strap Failed

After waiting almost 1.5 months for my Venque bag to arrive, this is what I got: a strap that cracked and flaked off after just one use.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I was genuinely excited for this purchase—but how can I trust a product that literally starts falling apart on day one?

It’s frustrating and honestly upsetting, especially from a brand that markets itself around "durability" and "craftsmanship."
Is this what Venque considers acceptable quality—just because the item was on sale? Because it feels far from the “premium” experience they promote.

This isn’t just about the price I paid. It’s about basic product integrity and the trust I placed in this brand. Still no proper response from Venque. I expected better.

Awful company to work for

Awful company to work for .
Toxic attitude from staff members towards everyone in the office. Everyone talks about each other negatively and badmouths new starters and people that have left. They make you work unpaid overtime every single day including through your lunches sometimes. If you don’t join in with the bullying they will set you up for failure until you leave or they will just get rid of you. Team leaders get with other members of staff and give them privileges which is completely unprofessional. They even ask every new starter to give the company a 5 star review on their first day on glass door to make the company look good. Obviously you can tell all of the positive reviews are fake. The awful reviews are genuine. The pay is extremely low for the extra unpaid hours they make you do. In the space of a month they sacked 12 new starters from one office because they diddnt fit in .

If you are looking for a career where you can progress with stability and make great friends and earn good money . This is NOT the place. Look elsewhere, you will regret coming here .
