Takes weeks to get your merchandise. If you need to return anything, you pay for return shipping TO CHINA! For me, that was $75. Stay far away from this company.

They processed my order then canceled it two days later with no explanation. Their phone number is disconnected and their website chat box goes completely unanswered. I emailed them 4 days ago and I've heard nothing

I concur with the several reviews. Made an order and then it was cancelled. I replied to the e-mail asking for an explanation and there was an automated response saying there was a Payment Gateway issue. None of the e-mail order confirmations list the last digits of the credit card used -- so there is no reference. I have cancelled my card as I agree this is a credit card harvesting scam.

Scam operation. They take your credit card, never ship murch, sell the data. Better to cancel your card if you have placed an order with these SOBs.

I made an order with this company. Was excited they had what I wanted. They are in NY and looked secure. For no reason and no explanation, they canceled my order after getting my credit card information.
Why do this? I have tried to call the phone number and no answer. All a scam.

I had to cancel my credit card to be sure my credit card was safe.

A total scam site. We placed an order and after 24 hours they canceled it w/o explanation. They had all our credit card info and after 3 weeks someone connected to this company began making bogus purchases on this card - $1200 and $250 to Verizon. We don't use Verizon. We had to cancel our card, back the charges out and get new cards but what a hassle. Don't even think of using this sham company IMHO.

Although I didn't purchase anything from this company, they seem to be operating like another company called Casazo, located in St. Augustine, FL. It sounds like both places take an order, get your credit card information, and never ship the merchandise. Their phones are always busy and if they send you an order status email, they both say the order is on hold due to problems with their Payment Gateway. After that, nothing. No response to any further questions. Both companies operate out of fake addresses. Casazo uses a UPS store, but the store has never heard of them. Ventalio uses a location that is in reality, a kitchen and bath store with a different name. I suspect both "stores" are nothing more than fake businesses who are in the business of "harvesting" credit card information that's then sold to credit card scammers. So, BEWARE of both of these SCAM companies !
