Charlie is 5* at his job. Incredible customer service, great communication and saved me half of what I would have spent without his knowledge and expertise. Paired with Joe, the two of them bounce off each other and ensure your deadlines are met, even if like me you leave it to the week of! Over the moon with the experience of using this duo and will be continuing to use them for years to come!

Amazing support throughout the entire process. We had been doing extensive research on insurance comparison sites with varying degrees of transparency and support. We have been put in touch with Vento on the recommendation of someone else working within the events industry. Following an unpleasant experience where masked protesters turned up at one of our events, subsequently leading to the cancellation of the event we were looking for a company willing to insure against protest action, and were struggling to find this. Initially, the Vento website said it wouldn't cover this but after further discussions with Freddie we discovered they would be willing to talk to the underwriters about making an exclusion. Freddie was able to agree this exclusion, and was great at communication throughout. A great experience so far!
