I don’t usually leave reviews

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one genuinely deserves it.

I had to migrate my website, and like most people who’ve been through that process, I was expecting delays, issues, back-and-forth emails and at least some level of stress. Instead, I got connected with Jesse C from VentraIP… and the entire experience flipped my expectations completely.

What I thought would take time was handled in seconds. Not rushed, not half-done, not “we’ll come back to you later”… just done. And done perfectly the first time.

But the speed isn’t even the most impressive part.

It was the level of care.

Jesse didn’t treat it like a ticket. It didn’t feel like I was just another customer in a queue. There was genuine attention to detail, confidence in what he was doing, and a level of knowledge that made the whole process feel effortless from my side.

You can tell immediately when someone actually knows their craft and takes pride in it, and that’s exactly what stood out here.

I’ve dealt with a lot of customer support across different companies, and it’s usually reactive at best. This was different. This felt proactive, precise and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome, not just a quick resolution.

That kind of service is rare.

To be completely honest, experiences like this are what make people stay with a company long term. I can confidently say I won’t be leaving VentraIP, and that decision is based purely on this interaction alone.

Jesse C is an absolute asset to the business. If this is the standard he operates at consistently, he deserves serious recognition.

In a world where customer service is usually average, this was exceptional.

Unfortunately the issue is not solved. Contacting customer service did not solve anything. Payment was rejected, several invoices created for 1 item, several attempts.

disgusting service

disgusting service, cant get decent help with anything, no-one seems to have a clue about anything, mean while i get hit by bots, ticket gets resolved althought its clearly not, i pay for vip yet the man i just spoke to says it was cancelled? yet you took my money, and again its not resolved, and no one looking into it as a vip or urgently at all. im absolutly fed up!! Fix your shit!! fix my site!

Service Fee Farming Due to Poor Functionality from Initial Purchase

The company appears to not provide support unless you pay.
After I purchased, I then needed to pay for it to be set up correctly so I could actually accept an email.
This was stated as a 8hr wait time; I needed what they advertised but * pay $8.95 or wait in a line, committed to pay the dollars, boom fixed.

Today, two issues with their software (cant attach a document and email in the app filters embedded features), it stated 3hrs wait on the web site /ticket, 9hrs later ..... I guess if I pay another $8.95 it will be fixed

Support is included with our services, and you can contact our team at any time by lodging an eTicket. We don’t charge customers for help with normal service issues. The paid option you mentioned is an optional priority support feature for customers who need a faster response time, but standard support is always available without paying extra.

Diabolical Service and Support for Resellers

Themis company is so bad don't ever consider using Ventra IP if your seriously running a business they will leave you out to hang.

Support is slow and TERRIBLE they have no idea what they are doing and takes days to get things resolved.. This is what I have been through... This is just honest feedback nothing personal.

If y lo ur a basic user I'm sure you don't even notice..

With 60 domains hosted as a reseller .. I've just been told we have 3 weeks time (totally unacceptable notice period) we are being forced into having all of our services moved to another server and we have to re-delegate all of our clients domains at the same time on a Monday at 1am!! This will ruin our business.

This is going to cause chaos as it cannot be done, we have jobs booked and it's totally unacceptable.. WTF are they trying to do??

This shift of risk and responsibility to their customers says it all. Be warned!!

There is no proposed staged or planned DNS migration from the old legacy box this is totally unacceptable.

I have politely requested this be done and staged properly so this won't ruin our business and impact about clients and they are just refusing and stonewalling us!!

I am shocked thay are forcing this upon their resellers and his is how they treat their customers l! Be warned stay away from this company they do NOT care about their customers and they are cowboys.

It has been one thing after the next with them since we were moved to them by way of an acquisition a couple of years ago, this is the final straw.

We have never paid late or caused problems for them. They also doubled our bill during this time.

I will post the tickets for evidence if anyone wants to see more detail, it's a diabolical disregard for their reseller customers.

VentraIP registered a new domain name without my knowledge and pointed it to my website

VentraIP registered a new domain name and made it live without my knowledge or consent, then redirected it to my existing domain name. Only when I logged into the Ventra control panel did I see that VentraIP was telling me that I had been "awarded" a new domain name "to protect my online presence", which I would have to pay to renew after the first year. When I checked my website traffic, this new domain name had displaced my existing domain name as the primary access to my website on a number of occasions, which I am concerned affects my SEO. I do not appreciate VentraIP registering a domain name without my knowledge or consent and then making it live so that it directs to my website. Very unethical in my opinion for the purpose of increasing their own revenue to attempt to incentivise me to pay to renew a domain name I never requested nor registered myself.

Fast responses, reliable advice

Whenever I have had issues with my various websites - usually because of something I have done or not done - Ventraip's helpdesk has responded quickly and with sensible, practical advice. I have just upgraded my hosting to a VPS and stayed with them even though there are cheaper options.

Excellent Value and Unbeatable Australian Service

I've been a long-time customer of VentraIP, using their services for both business and personal dealings over the years. Their performance and support have consistently been excellent.

Most recently, when setting up a new domain for a professional career pivot, VentraIP have once again proven to be the best value option, even when compared against competitors' Black Friday offers.
