I have been a consultant for many moons and have worked with many consultancies. My experience with Ventula has been first rate e2e. From the initial engagement, support through my interview, onboarding and customer care has been excellent. Particular mention to Mel, Ellie and Julie for their wonderful support.

There was no chasing her for information after days of no correspondence, she was on the phone everyday in regular contact with updates on the process. Extremely helpful and thorough when it came to interview prep, I had Harriet guiding me and giving me extra information about the company which I researched on making me a better candidate for the job. Without her help, I would not of succeeded throughout the recruitment stage. 10/10 would recommend.

Ventula have placed me twice with the same end client and all has worked very smoothly. Most recently as part of umbrella/consultant/end client 3-way relationship. All works well. The slight issue I had at the beginning was sorted quickly and efficiently and frankly the biggest sense of well being comes from when you get good response and problems get fixed quickly. Julie did a good job for me.

They didn't give me any false promises. They were to the point and straightforward. Very quick with responses. The entire process was smooth. Still communicating with their staff when required and all of them so far have seem very nice.
