I have been in contact with several Venturi recruiters over the past few years. Each time has ended with frustrating disappointment. They typically ask me for my availability, then never follow up. This has happened so many times. Apparently their strategy is to flood their potential candidate list with prospects, to then only truly follow up with whoever makes the cut behind the scenes.

I got an email from a recruiter with an offer to which I replied to and never received further information. The account now seems offline. Very strange.
