In a time of uncertainty, Gabbie helped me find a position in a company that seems safe and secure. The recruiter I worked with was extremely unprofessional and pushy. She used my references to try to make contacts and misconstrued private information I told her back to my old manager that destroyed any future business relationship I can have with that manager. Avoid this company since there are far better recruiter firms out there.

I've left a negative review recently because I've applied to a number of roles on their website for the past 8 - 12 weeks, but I didn't get any responses even though I have worked previously with them, but they have called me to clear up why they are not replying to my applications, so I'm updating my review. They've told me that they've recently replaced their website and old adverts have been put live and they are working on fixing that. I appreciate they have contacted me and offered a reasonable explanation to why this happened.

I understand that some recruiting requires direct email, but this company directly spammed me on multiple occasions to an email that is less than 4 weeks old and which has not been used anywhere outside of internal communications.

Over the past ~15 years in my professional career, I have dealt with many recruitment agencies, but none better than Venturi! I was contacted by Kerry for a job opportunity in London, from the onset I found her extremely professional and transparent (rarety amongst recruiters nowadays). The process took a while for various reasons (not from her end) but throughout she was communicating with me and letting me know the status of my application (even on her off days). Even when I received the employment offer at no point I felt pushed to take it. Instead, we spoke a few times and she listened to the concerns I had with the offer and found a way to resolve them with the company, always found she was working for my best interests rather than just me being a candidate.
