I was recently approached and put forward for a position by Edwin Brooker.
I felt Ed was super supportive on my job hunt but at the same time not trying / pushing to sell something onto me. I thought it was quite pleasant and seamless experience, and the best I had so far with a recruiter.

I have dealt personally with Mark Tipping from Venturi Recruitment, and every time we've spoken it's been nothing short of a pleasure.

Not only is he professional and concise; Mark also makes time for humour and pleasantries where possible, meaning speaking to him is both productive and enjoyable.

He's incredibly efficient and gives you an honest take on your skills, the roles available and is more than happy to discuss things like salary clearly. When asking for information, he is completely focused and may throw some quick fire questions your way - but that's a great thing as he manages to get a better understanding of the scenario and yourself, whilst still gathering all the key information.

Unfortunately, I have had to cut my search for a new role short due to personal medical circumstances, however he was 100% understanding, and even rang me to check in verbally after I informed him. He advised he'd still like to remain in touch, as would I, and wished me luck which he really did not have to do. Many wouldn't make that time.
