They went above and beyond

They went above and beyond. I ordered a couple of stage lights and I was contacted right away as they didn’t have them anymore due to the product being discontinued. Instead of amending the order or delaying it, they offered a higher end model keeping the same price. This is something many companies wouldn’t do when it comes to music and stage equipment, I know it by experience. The delivery came the day after and everything was in perfect order, thank you
