Lovely jewellery and high quality. I bought several pieces as gifts for my bridesmaids. They were packed beautifully and arrived really quick. The girls loved them.

I love all the pieces by Venu J! Besides the owner being such a lovely person, you really can see just how much she cares about her products from conception to delivery to the clients purchasing her gems. I purchased a green onyx ring which Venu went the extra mile to customise just for me, it is perfect and I love wearing it! All of her gems catch the light beautifully and are easy and confortable to wear. Very well made, packaged with care and all the attention to detail! Made me feel very special, love the quality jewellry boxes her pieces come in too. Venu knows its all in the details!

I came across Venu (the owner) on Instagram and I am yet to find a collection of hers which hasn't blown me away. Venu as an individual exudes such positivity and is always engaging and forthcoming with her customers whether it be regarding queries about an order or when you interact with her over social media. You can tell a lot of thought and passion goes into each and every one of her pieces and when you receive your Venu J order, you can tell the same level of thought and passion goes into packaging your order to make the experience worthwhile for the customer. The bottom line is you feel well looked after when you shop with Venu J!

I love her collection. They are beautiful, divine and unique! I purchased a amethyst ring and I love it. The stones are stunning and the quality is amazing. For its price, I will repurchase again. Venu J, is a nice person and she's willing to answer any questions in a polite manner. The packaging is amazing too. I would recommend her collection to my friends and family. :)

I’ve had swift response from Venuj on 2 occasions where my pieces suffered accidental damage. They’ve been gracious in replacing both pieces without any extra charges.

The items of jewellery are delicate and needs careful handling but they’re simply stunning!

I bought a gift card but spoke to them on Instagram DM first to make sure it was the best option. They were so friendly and quick to reply, and the gift card was really simple/easy to redeem.

I bought two lovely rings from Venu J. I am very particular about the jewellery I wear and I was highly impressed by the sizes available particularly as I struggle to find rings in my size because my fingers are quite thin! The packaging it arrived in was so lovely and smelled great too ;). I would highly recommend and will be shopping here again in the future .

Gorgeous jewels! I’ve got a couple of pieces now and I love them. Venu is always polite & professional while also being approachable and super friendly!

Just bought my second ring from Venu J (moonstone oval and flower rings) and I'm just so happy with the ring I already have, it's so mesmerising and feminine but still perfect for everyday use in my opinion. From my knowledge, the rings are plated with gold so they feel very luxurious! there's also a leaflet explaining how to best care for your jewels inside your package when you make a purchase. The owner of the brand is so lovely and she's always communicating with her customers on her Instagram platform, whether its for random catch-ups or queries about the business.

I like most of all the person behind the business. She is a strong, determined women and puts so much care and love into each package that you feel like she would know you personally. It gives me a really special feeling. Also following her on Instagram showed me how much she cares about her customers and how open she is to feedback. She really build a special relationship to each one of them, far more deep than a usual business would do. I would say customers grow and develop together with her and each benefits from the learnings of the other. I really love that about Venu J.
Concerning the jewellry, I noticed that it's plated with gold (explaining the price). However, I felt like the plating came off very soon after I got my ring when taking into account that I wore it every day. I would therefore recommend the jewellry more for special occasions than for wearing them every day or being really careful as they are quite delicate.

Most beautiful elegant pieces of jewellery I’ve seen, fit for literally every occasion day to night. Definitely pieces which will be eye catching. Ive brought from Venu J a couple of times and have always been extremely happy and excited. Even her packaging is a beautiful eyesight, you can tell time care and commitment has gone into each packaging. Customer service I cannot fault at all, very efficient. I would definitely recommend 💜

Loving this brand!! Ended up purchasing 3 pairs of earrings as I simply couldn’t pick just one - everything is absolutely stunning! I have purchased a few items of Venu J's collection over the time and I must say I have been happy with the quality and service provided.
Delivery is always prompt and the packaging of the items are very well presented . They make such lovely gifts as the jewellery boxes they come in are very luxurious and you wouldn't need to go out of your way to find a gift box !
The website is very user friendly and the photos in the website are exactly how the jewellery would be when you receive them. With other brands (not all) the photos can be enhanced and you can be left disappointed when you receive the goods but definitely not with this collection !
As for the jewellery itself they are of such good quality and I have ALWAYS been complimented whenever I wear any piece of Venu J collection. The best part is that as the pieces are unquie everyone keeps asking where I got them from.
I have always had a good experience from the moment I browse to making the purchase to the point of delivery. Also in regards to customer service I have always had a response the same day.
Since buying from Venu J it has changed my taste in jewellery as I am now more drawn to finer pieces as they bring out my attire I have on for the day and it adds a chicness to it.
Will definitely be purchasing more from this brand as it has always been a seamless and pleasent experience and the jewellery is just exquisite.
